well once we have some characters and an overall description of the town, I'll make the OOC with some information about the game, this is a huge project and I cant do it on my own right now. Ive got an idea of what the town will look like though, if someone else wanted to make the OOC I could add extra details on to the 2nd post or something.

With a decent population are you talking Tokyo or more along the lines of Juno (Alaskan port city)

Does the city have tourist attractions like A Famous museums? Perhaps an older section predating the current government (Think the ancient Parthenon) Or is it a "College" Community where the cities economy is based solely on the students.

If im completely honest, I haven't thought that deep into it, the city is basically an platform for dating spots.

I do think tourist attractions are a good idea though, I'll work them into the OOC

Is the "anime" aspect of the game just that the characters and world are designed as such? Or it meant to play existing anime characters in an anime world?
