Eren took the clothes and looked down at his gear. "Oh, my gear? S-sure." he said, setting the clothes down. He began to undo all of the straps and buckles and it slid off, leaving him in his boots, his white uniform pants and shirt,and his jacket.

Armin led Takahisa to Erwin's office, holding the door open for him.

"Alright, now let's get going," Peyton said as he headed outside, and even if Eren wouldn't figure this out, they were in a neighborhood in San Francisco. Once outside, Peyton took out his car keys from his pocket and pressed the unlock button, opening the car door. "Come on in," Peyton said as he got himself into the driver seat.

Takahisa took a deep breath and headed in, saying,"Hello?"

Erwin sat behind his desk, smiling at them. "Hello."

Armin smiled. "This is Takahisa, the one Sasha found earlier today..."

Eren got in, a little cautious. "Your dimension is much more advanced than mine.... What do you call this thing?"

"And...um, I'm not sure on how to explain this...but I'm not really normal. Something about me...you can just say it's not really considered normal here...like...this," Takahisa said, hoping he got the idea right. This time with control over this, Takahisa had a small and unusual plant begin to grow and bloom in a matter of seconds, this was a Santiatum bonsai tree. It's leaves were pure periwinkle leaves glistened with a mysterious healing property. "I can manipulate and manifest all sorts of plants, even some plants don't normally exist here...actually, I'm not from this world at all.

(Santiatum translate to 'Life' tree.)

"Sounds like there is a huge difference between the two places. This is a car, pretty much used to drive to places quick. You can think of it as a horseless carriage," Peyton said as he takes out his car keys and starts up his car. "Good thing I got my driving license a few days ago, or else we would had walked the entire way there," Peyton said as he pulled the car out of it's parking space and onto the road.

Eren tilted his head. "Where I'm from, carriages are only used for workers. They are used mainly in the East city of Trost, where a friend of mine, Jean, lives." he looked around. "Us soldiers use our maneuver gear to get around, either that or we walk or ride horses..."

Armin set a hand on Takahisa's shoulder. "Erwin, this boy has an incredible power... nothing of the type that has been dreamed to be had..." he looked over at him. "We need to get him home as well..."

Erwin nodded. "I see...."

"I didn't actually come here alone...I was with a friend of mine, I think we got separated once we got here. I'm not sure where she could be. We should look for her too, she isn't too hard to miss since her hair is long enough to reach her knees," Takahisa also mentions of his ally Kaika, unaware that she wasn't actually here in this world anymore.

"Oh, so that was the reason you had that with you. I'm not sure if it would be useful around here as it doesnt exist here. Don't ask me on how I know this too, overheard it from one of my teammates, but to reassure you, there isnt any Titans around here," Peyton said as he drove, mentioning that he knew a bit on Titans already.

Eren chuckled nervously. "In a way....there is a single titan here..."

Armin tilted his head. "I don't belive we have someone like that here."

"Oh yeah. Just don't decide to use it. Last thing we want is to have the military go and hunt you down," Peyton said, and continued driving, going through the downtown area of the city.

"Well...she has to be here. I didn't come all the way here on my own...just hope she hasn't gotten into any trouble yet," Takahisa sighed, thinking that Kaika could had done something drastic already. He was also unaware that she had taken Eren with her, not that he knew Eren but he never really contacted Kaika after their warp to this world.

Eren watched the outside world whizz by.

Armin shrugged. "We'll try to find her don't worry."

Pretty soon, the car passed through the downtown area, and more into the abandoned and ghetto-like area. That was when Peyton spotted two people, a girl and a boy, and that they were fighting against what seemed to be shadowy monsters. The girl happened to be using some kind of sound-related magic while the boy was simply sending small blue flares at these monsters.

"Shit! Those things are here too!" Peyton said as he slammed the brakes on the car, quickly getting out of the car without telling Eren much on what was really going on. If Eren would see it in the car, there was a handgun that was there, it had a strange buzz of electricity ring inside of it.

"Good to hear that," Takahisa nodded, mentally crossing his fingers that she was fine and around here somewhere.

Eren spotted it and tilted his head slightly. "Hmm..."

Erwin smiled. "For the time being, maybe we should put him in the barracks with the trainees.... there are some there about his age, and I think it'll be good for him..."

Armin looked at Takahisa. "What do you say? It would be just until we find out how to get you home..."

The gun seemed to be radiating with a yellow glow.

The three fought against the shadow monsters, Peyton using another gun that looked exactly like the one that Eren saw in the car, and everytime he shot the gun at the monsters, it would send out a blast of electrical energy.

"I don't have any problem with that," Takahisa said, pretty ensured that he wasn't going count himself out of this one.

Eren watched, eyes wide.

---

Armin smiled. "I'll take him down there.." and with that, Armin began to lead Takahisa out to the barracks. "I can pair you up with one of my own personal students if you'd like."

It was only now that Peyton realized that he left his other gun in the car, but didn't want to waste the time to go back. "Hey, Nero, Umiya, get out of the way!!!" Peyton said as he charged as much electricity into the gun. As he said to, the boy and the girl move out of the way as Peyton unleashed a large blast of electricity that managed to defeat the other shadows with ease.

"Well...that was fun," Peyton grinned as he disabled the gun's power, all three of them going into the car.

"Um...not to be rude, but who's this?" Umiya, the girl, asked, seeing Eren.

"Alright, I can't wait..." Takahisa smiled as he followed.

Eren looked at the others and smiled shyly. "I'm Eren..."

---

Armin walked into the barracks and was met by greetings by all of the trainees in the building they had stepped into. "Where's Eiko?" he asked, looking around.

A boy about Takahisa's age stepped forward. "He's in his sector. I'll get him." and with that the boy ran down the hall, calling "Eiko! Eiko!"

"Yeah, some kind of mishap happened with Kaika's mission, so that's why he's here," Peyton said as he put the guns away and was looking for his car keys to start the car up again, and then saying to Eren,"Oh yeah, Umiya's the quiet girl, kinda ironic since her affinity is sound. And that guy's Nero, pretty much the brains of our group.

Umiya only gave a nod, she didn't know what else to say to that.

"Do you know of that symbol on your neck?" Nero suddenly asked, immediately noticing the strange seal on Eren's neck.

Again, Takahisa had another wave of shyness come over, not sure on how to greet the other trainees back.

The one boy came running back, another boy [Eiko] following.

Eiko saw Armin and smiled. "Professor Arlert!" he said cherily.

Armin smiled. "Eiko, this is Takahisa.." he motioned towards him. "He will be staying with us until we find a way to get him home." he turned to Takahisa. "Don't worry, they don't bite..." he teased, setting a hand on his shoulder.

Eiko smiled. "Hello..."

Eren shrugged. "I don't know... Hanji pointed it out earlier, but I don't know..."

"Oh, hi!" Takahisa perked up once Armin spoke up, nervously saying his greeting to them.

"Well, I know that symbol perfectly fine, and I suppose Kaika must not be thinking straight when she used it. Simply, it is a symbol for "Soul Linking," meaning that both your soul and Kaika's soul had been linked together. So when Kaika was warped back here, you came along as your soul is linked to her soul, which was leaving your dimension. Soul linking can be easily done, but I know it would be necessary to keep it as it is until we send both of you back to your dimension and then remove the link from there," Nero explained the true meaning of that "symbol" on Eren's neck. By now, Peyton had started up the car and began driving back to their "hideout" house.

Eiko smiled and looked up at Armin.

Armin smiled. "Eiko, I want you to make sure Takahisa gets settled in, okay?"

Eiko nodded. "Yes sir!"

Eren nodded. "Oh... okay."

"Sooo...er," Takahisa said, wondering what could happen next as he was here for now.

It wasn't long until Peyton pulled the car over to the front of their hideout house, and everyone got out of the car. The moment they would head into the house to see that Kaika was up and fine....and playing a game on a 3DS.

"Hey, took you guys long enough to get back," Kaika says in a teasing manner.

"Since when did you...whoa, hold on a minute, is that my game you're playing!" Peyton blinked, but then realized something and ran over to her in an attempt to take the game away from her.

"Don't worry, that happens a lot between those two, call it a friendly rivalry," Umiya chuckled a bit at their antics, reassuring Eren that they weren't really going to fight each other just for a game.
