They've dropped out because they wanted to make their own races. I can't blame them. I want to make my own race too.
The idea of preset races is a little hampering. I would much rather make my race.

Didn't GM say that we could as long as they were humanoid?

All must be humanoid, and no spider pets if you're drow. That's all I require.

This bit is a tad confusing

GM, does this give us permission to make custom races, or do they have to be from FR?

I'm very intrested in this. I've never played Nation Roleplay before. I am looking for a good one to start out with.
I've been building dnd campaigns for a while now (just in my head, nothing published, long way into the future maybe) so I wanted fantasy.
I found it!

I like this. Can I join?
I don't mind the outcome of the current discussion. If everyone's making their own races I will too. If we are stuck with FR I'm thinking an illithid nation.
After years of skulking in the under dark they have decided it is time for mindflayer domination!
