The Doctor awoke a few days later and groaned and opened his eyes. He seemed achy from being asleep so long where he was, He sits up and rubbed his eyes.
"Ohhh ." he rubbed his eyes. He tried to stand and fell.

Avery was walking thru when she saw him fall over, not moving towards him. "Well, for someone who doesn't sleep a lot...you sleep a lot. I found our guy. Well, sort of. Whose the last Dalek of the order of Scaro?" She drank from her mug, looking back at the papers in her hand

Avery nodded and the tardis landed. She grabbed her bag and said "I'll be back by nightfall. Stay here" then she left. Hours past. Soon it was nightfall and then past and she hadn't come back

Whix appeared and said "she should have been back by now....she's never late..."

Avery hit the wall as two aliens grabbed her, pinning her to the wall as a other alien watched. "Now I'm going to ask again....why are you here? And how did you get here?" Avery coughed up blood and then spit it at the mans feet. He sighed and said "I guess we do this the hard way there...." The men holding her started hitting her again, Avery not making a sound,

The Doctor knew that something would have happened. He grabs his coat and sonic screwdriver. He didn't want anything to happen to her, knows he should have insisted on going with her.
"I'll go look."
He replied, he headed off and goes to look for her.

Whix nodded, already worried.

Avery fell to the ground, coughing and panting as the man knelt down. " who are you?" Avery looked at him, her eyes glowing gold, "I am the last of the angels of the stars....and the protector of this space...." She grabbed her and said "and your death if you touch up me one....more....time..." The two aliens grabbed her and said "what did I just tell you...." She grabbed both of them and her hands glowed, both creatures flying away from her into the brick walls. She tried to get up as the man pulled out a blaster and aimed it at her. "We were just making this planet a pit stop....but you spotted us here....doesn't matter who you are, your dying right here and now..."

The Doctor nodded and rushes out of the TARDIS, He had to go and find her, he was scanning away with his sonic screwdriver. He soon see's them and Avery.
"Let her go!!" he snapped.
He was worried about her been killed. He walked over to them and he seemed angry. It was rare that he would get too angry, but he cared about her and didn't want her hurt.

The man turned and Avery kicked his legs out from under him and she hit him hard. She fought to get up, her whole body beaten at this point. "Doc...I told you to...stay...." She nearly fell over, blood dripping from her body
