[Nallore]

"You can do this Callan, if you lived through the arena you can do this. And it will stop in a few weeks." Asteria told her and gently pulled her into a hug, and sighed. "Let's get you into bed, some rest will help." She then gently pulled Callan up and led her up to Silver's room.

"You know, I would always used to sneak out at night and sit at the beach and stare up at the moon and stars. It was always very peaceful, and every night before the reaping I would sit under the stars until the sun came up.." Silver felt Zale's hand griping her hand and smiled and leaned into him. "We leave really early in the morning before the sun comes up. Are you sure you want to be up that early?"

Callan let her mother lead her to Silver's bedroom. There she changed into light weight pyjamas and climbed into bed laying on top of the blankets rather than under them. "I'm sorry if I've ever disappointed you." Callan whispered to her mother barely looking up at her gentle face.

"I understand. I always baked cookies before the reaping. I know it sounds weird but I figured if I was ever chosen my family could have one last happy memory from me." He explained looking at the reflection of the moon on the ocean's surface. "I'll be up early anyways- I only sleep in if I'm sick. I usually go help my cousins bring in some fish, but I'm sure they will understand about tomorrow. But for right now let me walk you home."

[Nallore]

Asteria opened the door to Silver's room and watched as her daughter started to change into her pajama's and sat down next to Callan. "I'm not disappointed in you at all Callan, you should be the one disappointed in me I know I was never there for you and your sister growing up." Asteria said and leaned down and gently kissed Callan on the forehead. "I love you Callan, just know that." Asteria said and stood up and was about to leave the room. "Is there anything I can get you?" She asked softly.

Silver smiled softly. "I would like to have one of your cookies when I get back after this stupid tour." She said softly and gave Zale's hand another loving squeeze. "Thank you." Silver said with a smile and stood up dusting some of the sand off of her legs and went over to where she had tossed her close onto the ground.

"No, I'm okay." She whispered and moved the pillow to a more comfortable position. She waited a moment, "Momma, I love you." She said softly before closing her eyes and trying to go to sleep.

"I'll bake a whole mess of cookies for when you come back." Zale said getting up after Silver and dusting himself off as much as he could. His eyes glanced to the window that lead to Silver's room. "Your sister just went to bed; hope she's feeling alright."

[Nallore]

Asteria looked over her shoulder at Callan and smiled at her. "I love you to Callan, hope you feel better in the morning." She said softly before turning off the light and quietly closed the door behind her and headed downstairs. Looking over at Cadence she sat down at the couch and stretched slightly. "So how are you doing Caddy?" Asteria asked.

"Make sure that they are chocolate chip cookies those are my favorite." Silver said with a smile looking up at the window seeing that the light in her room was turned off. "I hope she will be alright to." Silver said before turning to face him and took a step forward, and gave him one last kiss and wrapped her arms around Zale's waist. "Good night, and I am happy to be your girlfriend." Silver said softly before letting go to head back up the deck and through the backdoor seeing both Asteria and Cadence there. "Hows Cal doing?" Silver asked.

Cadence sat back and looked at Asteria, "I'm fine. Just ready for this tour to end. I'm tired of parading the girls around like show horses- let them be alone and on their own. They deserve to live their lives now." He said before rubbing his bearded chin, "How are you? Excited to be a grandmother?"

When Silver entered the house, Cade looked over, "She got a bit sick a few minutes ago so she's in bed now." He explained before eyeing Silver expectantly, waiting for her to say something but he shook his head and turned back to Asteria. "I think they both are excited to see One. That was all Cal had been telling me back home, was that she wanted to see it. I doubt she cared much about anything else up until now."

[Nallore]

"Both happy and nervous I guess, I wasn't expecting a grandchild ever but I am happy for her. And I would help her whenever I can in some way." Asteria said with a smile and nodded at Cadence was saying. "Well you know it is a stupid tradition that they have to go through like we did all those years ago." Asteria said with a shrug and turned to see Silver coming in. "Your sister is doing alright, you should go up and check up on her."

"I really cant wait to see what One is like since we both were born there but ive never been there before." Silver said and turned to her mother and nodded slowly. "I should go and hit the hay anyway i'll see you guys in the morning." Silver said hugging Asteria and quickly ran up the stairs and quietly opened the door and closed it seeing Callan in her bed Silver climbed in and joined her.

"Yeah, I know it is but I still find it pointless and humiliating." Cadence said before standing up and cracking his back, "I think we all should head to bed. Early morning." The Victor stated before giving Asteria a little smile, "Just think of your grandchild as a way to make up for lost times." He turned and headed towards his room, "Good night."

"Hey." Callan said when she felt her sister climb into bed. "Have a good swim?" She questioned turning over and looking at her twin. "Dude, you smell gross. Are you trying to make me vomit?"

[Nallore]

"True it was very pointless and humiliating." Asteria said with a sigh and looked over at the clock and saw that it was pretty late as well. "Thank you Cadence for watching over Callan back in Ten for me after the games." She then smiled and nodded it was a second chance to try and help raise a kid and help her daughters as well. "Sleep well, and see you bright and early." She watched him getting up and headed into one of the guest rooms. About ten minutes later Asteria got up as well and headed towards another empty bedroom.

"How are you feeling Cal?" Silver asked rolling over to face her twin and smiled at her and nodded. "Yes we did, though we did more talking then swimming." Silver answered and then blushed slightly and went to smell herself only smelling the salt water from the ocean. "I only smell the sea water, is it that bad?"

"I'm feeling okay right now. Laying down and staying still seems to help a lot." Cal pushed herself up on her elbow and looked at her sister, "I can tell, your shirt is inside out you dope." She smirked before laying down again. "Well, when you're knocked up anything seems to set you off." Callan explained before brushing a lock of hair from her face.

"So what did you end up doing?" She asked curiously, "No I don't really want to know I'm just being nosy since I need to practice being a mother."

[Nallore]

"It was dark so I couldn't see how my shirt was inside out, besides you probably have done it in the past." Silver said jokingly and just simply took off her shirt and tossed it onto the floor and sighed. "I'll be sure that my smelly ass doesn't make you puke then." Silver blushed slightly and smiled at Callan. "We just swam for a bit talked and kissed. And no he did not have his way with me, then we came back inside."

"Pssh, shows how much you know about me." Callan said with a laugh, "Good. Your smelly ass needs a shower in the morning, anyways." Cal stated before rubbing her eyes and curling into the bed a bit more. "I wasn't worried about him having his way with you- more the other way around. You're an aggressive ass and that poor guy probably wouldn't know what hit him until after." The elder twin laughed and then coughed, before turning onto her back and staring at the ceiling.

[Nallore]

"Maybe I should go the next few days without showering and then stand very close to you the whole entire time." Silver smirked at Callan, and then laughed at her sister's comment. "But that's what he really likes and he keeps coming back for more." Silver sat up and stretched and went to tie her hair into a pony tail, before laying back down again and stared up at the ceiling to. "Joking aside, are you going to be alright with, you know being a mother in a few months?" She asked her sister turning her head to look at Callan.

"I guess I don't have another option but being okay with it. I mean I knew what could happen and I did it anyways. And before you say it I'm not giving it up or stopping it now." Callan said looking at her sister through the darkness. "I'll just... I have to deal with it as it comes I guess. You okay with being an aunt?" Callan questioned resting her hand on her stomach and feeling the heat radiating from it. "I just feel bad for Carver. It's not like he wanted this to happen and now it has and I feel like he's sort of stuck with us now."

[Nallore]

"I was never going to say to stop it Cal, and I will support you no matter what." Silver said brushing some hair out of Callan's face, and smiled at her sister. "I'm alright with being an aunt, and i'm sure Carver is fine with it besides he has to deal with you way more now that you two are together." She shifted slightly in her bed and rolled over onto her side and faced Callan. "But how do you think he took it?"

"I.. I don't really know. He was really quiet. I mean I expected him to be quiet but at the same time I kind of wanted him to say more." She explained pushing her hair back and sighing heavily. "I told him i would understand if he wanted to be with someone else, but he said he loved me and wasn't going to leave me but at the same time I feel like I sort of put him in a position where he doesn't want to be in."

[Nallore]

"Well I would be speechless if I was in the same position as him, but that's just me, and Cal I know he loves you while we were in Seven the two of you were inseparable. I think the two of you would have cute little kids together, and just give him sometime." Silver said as she gently gave her sister's stomach a gentle rub. "And I know you love him back as well."

[DeltaChrome]

"I do love him, I don't doubt that for a minute - I guess I expected more from him when I told him but I shouldn't have." She looked at her sister when she rubbed her stomach, "Don't touch me. You aren't that special. And of course we're going to have cute kids... They're going to look like me and you know I'm damn adorable." She laughed and finally seemed to relax for the first time today. "We need to sleep though, morning comes early."

[Nallore]

"But I am your sister, and you will let me do it anyway." Silver laughed softly before rolling over onto her back and sighed softly looking up at the ceiling again. "Yeah we gotta get onto that stupid train again, only two more Districts then we are going back home for the very first time." She said and started to let out a very loud yawn and stretched once more. "If you wake up in the middle of the night and you don't feel good wake me?"

The next few days seemed to drag on but as they approached District One Callan seemed to be more on edge than ever before. It got so bad that Cadence had began to steer clear of Cal at all possible moments.

"Silver.." Callan whispered as she sat in a chair by the window staring out at the vastly changing environment. "Silver, there it is." She said getting up and placing her forehead against the window. One was extravagent, it was much different than any other district they visited. "You'll fit right in here, Silver. Everything seemed to be plated in some sort of medal."
