oh we should probably name the region and town we're starting in lol. also just to make it easier on us, do you want to use a fan-made region as a template for the map? or just make it up as we go?

okay, errr.. region names.. do you have any ideas on that or do you want me to find one? same with the town? i usually just translate an english word to another language when i'm making up names for towns and regions.
we can just make it up as we go. it seems more fun that way.

my guy is a gentle giant type and my girl is a shorty with a feisty approach to life!

hmm ok my girl's kinda edgy and mature but still pretty easygoing and teasing. my guy i'm kinda stuck between being an angry brat or a quiet, solemn boy. i'm thinking the brat lol

actually i take that back. i found a nice picture for the solemn boy.

who even knows. i'm indecisive.

oh, but i meant to ask. are they all friends who are heading out together? or relative strangers who get thrown together? also, how dark are we willing to get with this? like can pokemon suffer legitimate injuries and die? or more light hearted like the anime?

i figured they were all going to be friends. and gosh, i've never done a dark pokemon roleplay. i can't say i know which one would be better for the plot. a darker-themed roleplay would be interesting, but a light-hearted one would be really nice. what are your preferences? i honestly could do either one.

I kinda like the idea of there being real stakes for the RP so I vote darker. And I mean, it's not like the RP has to be dark all the time. Just that there's a risk underlying all the fun and adventure.
