[IC] Marvel/DC Crossover: Worlds Collide

Conner followed Aqua Lad to the Medical Bay as did Kid. When they got there, Superboy had laid Wolf down on the bed and took a few steps though he wasn't afraid of being thrown. He just wanted to give her some space.

Riza had nodded to her suit which had plugged a cord into the computer as she typed away. She started pulling some things up like the knowledge about the Nokken and some calculations. Her attention gazed over to Robin before looking back to what she was doing. "It's not for me to tell. They seemed to be her memories. Not mine. Honestly I wouldn't be able to tell you for there were many things I was shown by accident- AH HA! My theory was right!" She beamed but then sighed heavily. "Great...This will be complicated. Seems we are encountering interdemensional Rifts. You know what those are?" She asked as she turned to the boy wonder.

Wolf moaned and opened her eyes, looking around. Aqua lad said "Easy Wolf...Meg had to give you a jolt..." She sat up slowly, blinking hard. "Is Riza alright? I didn't hurt her?" He shook his head and said "No, you didn't. She's with Robin" Wolf nodded and held her head, it still pounding. "What did I miss?"

He nodded and said "Ya, Batman and Green Lanturn dealt with them a few years back...so do you think they are linking the two worlds together?"

Wally shook his head. "Nothing really. Just that you went under, meg'an went to talk to Jon and Doctor Fate. Then Riza went to see what she could do about the creature Kaldur encountered."

Riza looked back at her info and data. "That and more it seems. The Nokken was from a different realm or planet in this case. So it looks to be connecting more than just this one and mine. The realms there too. I dont know how to send it back. But we need to be ready with where these rifts open up and whats on the other side. I could possibly find a way build one myself but first we need to find the source. Know anyone who would make this happen?" She asked curiously.

She nodded, her head still down. "that's never happened before..." She looked at Connor and said "I...saw things...things that must have been mine but...I don't remember them at all"

Robin sighed and said "Sadly, we know a lot of smart bad guys...a few could pull this off. But we might know a few good guys that might be able to help..." He turned to make a few calls, hoping someone could make sense of all of this.

Conner and Wally looked to Aqua Lad, then each other before their attention was on Wolf. "I really dont know what to tell you. Hopefully this will all come together. Right now this day is all sorts of confusing." Wally said as he was rubbing his temples. And it was for deep down, Conner agreed.

Sighing, Riza nodded slowly before going back to see what she could connect together in hopes to make this more clear than jumbled puzzle pieces. This was going to be a long night and the young Stark knew that she was going to be up all night till she passed out.

Wolf started and aqua lad said "wolf wait. You need to rest. " wolf shook her head and got up slowly. " I'm fine..."

Robin came back and said "bats is coming back to help do research. And his making calls too. I hope wolf is doing alright...where did meg go?"

Wally didn't say anythng for he knew that he wasn't that convincing when he wished for her to rest too. Conner still looked to Wolf as she got up. "Wolf. You've been having a stressed and tiring day. You need to take it easy and get some rest. We don't need something bad happening to you. Doctor Fate and Jon would have our heads, plus they would give you the same talk they always do about something like this."

Riza had been continuing when Robin came back and relayed his news. She smiled a little before sighing heavily. Riza was feeling a bit drained but mainly from thinking about home. She wondered how she could get this unfortunate. Yet Fortunate that these people were willing to help her. "Thanks Robin. Maybe things will add up if we have some extra hands."

Wolf got up and moved past them, saying "I need answers guys....and I won't get them laying....here.." She stumbled a bit, cursing then pushing herself towards the computer lab, the three boys following her.

Robin smiled and pushed a chair under her so she would sit. "Maybe we could pick this up tomorrow? It's been a long day for all of us...especially you"

Conner and Wally indeed followed for they were worried for whatever Wolf was about to do. Riza heard a chair roll up behind her. She glanced back to see it but didn't sit. Robin was right though. If she was to get this all added up, she needed some sleep. Looking behind her, she nodded and smiled a little. "Yeah. It would be for the best. Maybe things won't be so tense once things have settled." Riza stated saving this to a file and then making a copy for herself. She turned to Robin with the smile still there. "Thank you. I'll go ahead and get some sleep." She walked out of the computer room, heading for the spare room in Wolf's room. The suit had followed her there as she remembered where to go.

Wolf walked by Riza without really seeing her, Aqua Lad and the other two right behind her. He said "Wolf slow down, your body needs to recover" Wolf burst into the lab and Robin looked up. "Wolf? You are not looking too good..." Wolf came up to him and said "Call Jon...or Fate...I need them to check my memories again" Robin blinked then said "Wolf, remember what happened last time? You were out cold for three days and they got no where." Wolf grabbed him and pushed him into the wall as the others came in. "Make the call, Robin...there is something there. I just saw it when I linked with Riza. I know something is there"

Conner and Wally were a bit confused when she wanted Fate and Jon to check her memories. They both got between both Robin and Wolf. "Calm down Wolf. You need to rest first before you try anything like that." Wally told her, knowing that something like that was risky without the proper rest.

Robin looked at her and said "I'll make the call in the morning...alright?" Luckily Meg came into lab, looking around. Aqua Lad turned and said "Meg, what did your uncle and Dr. Fate say?" Wolf was still staring at Robin, her eyes holding a mix of different emotions. But she wasn't letting him go.

Meg'an had entered the lab when.she saw Wolf pinning Robin to the wall. Looking at Wolf, she saw the mixed emotions in her eyes. Her eyes settled upon Aqual lad. "They'll be here tonorrow. Right now they are handling other matters that cant be avoided." her attention now on Wolf. "Please...put Robin down. I dont know what happen but attacking each other wont solve whats troubling you." Meg'an explained, feeling a.bit unless to stop whatever was ailing Wolf.

Wolf was panting when she finally let him go, breathing hard. Her head was killing her but not from meg'ans forced breaking. She stumbled back as she said "what am I doing? I don't even know....where that came from..." She turned, her balance off as robin said "wolf? You alright?" She blinked, her sight blurring as she said "no...I don't think...I am..."

Wally acted fast, helping support Wolf before she had a chance to fall. "Easy there Wolf. You are probably as stress and tense as the rest of us. you should get some rest. You should go get some rest. Probably go check on Riza." Kid suggested. They were all stressed and or drained from all thats occurred.

Wolf nodded, then looked at Robin. "I'm sorry Robin..." He shook his head and said "don't worry about it. Wally? Mind helping wolf get to her room? The rest if us should get some sleep...meg'an? Can you wait a minute?" Aqua lad nodded and headed to his room, rubbing his neck.

Meg'an nodded and stayed as Wally and conner left to go to bed. Waiting for them to be out of ear shot, she looks to Robin. "Was there something you wanted to talk about?" Meg'an asked him curiously.

Robin nodded and leaned against the chair. "Just between us...was this reaction why your uncle and the doc never wanted to check wolf's memories?"

Wolf shut the door to her room and slid to the floor, covering her face. "What is happening to me..." She looked up at the dog tags hanging by the door

Meg'an crossed her arms over her chest. "I wouldnt know. They do not tell me alot of what their sessions with her consist of. But they said they saw nothing there when they tried to find her memories. Maybe Riza.triggwred.something without either of them knowing it." Meg'an guessed that last bit. She wondered if that was possible.
In Wolf's room, the hatch door to the.spare room opened up a little revealing Riza who was laying.on the floor with her head showing. She saw Wolf on the floor and looked sad for Wolf. "Wolf?...Are you alright?"

Robin sighed and said "guess all we can do is wait....I hate seeing her like this...I've never seen her lose her temper like that....she was more like a wolf. I understand why she wants answers....I don't think I would have lasted long if I didn't get justice for my parents."

Wolf shook her head and lowered her head again. A shadow reached up and took the tags off the hook and handed them to wolf who held them to her chest. "I'm losing it....aren't i? I've heard about heroes losing their grip after a time and going off the rails...."
