I've read back through the IC so i'm up to speed. I'm going to start writing up the first post in our second chapter, which will carry on the story of Jack, Tali and Huxley while introducing some new second tier characters around Babylon and other cities/planets which people can interact with in any way they wish. These second tier characters don't require bios and posts don't need to be as in depth as first tier.

I want to work closely with everyone to help develop potential ideas or scenarios. If you guys feel you have something of interest, don't hesitate to put it on here or PM me or anyone else involved.

I love sci-fi too, though there's no genre I don't like. I don't have a favorite genre, unless you count 'Classic' as a genre, in which case that's my fave.

The next installment features a flashy armaments merchant and one of BESC's most brilliant military advisors. Both potential love interests for Tali, we'll see. I'm not sure whether she'd available for romance at the moment. I suppose it all hinges on whether she loses her job at BESC or not; there's going to be intense pressure on her to resign seeing as she was theoretically responsible for the disaster (and Jack got free to boot).

The Laurent Family annual donations to BESC and other arms of the government might play a part in the arguments for keeping her too

ok so what part does the red cross play ive read through and so far they haven't done anything that I saw what is their specific niche what do they do are they for BESC or the rebellion and would they send knights as a strike force?

I'm glad to be part of this RP again, and extra glad that it's still moving along. As I told Cat, reading chapter 1 in its entirety really made Outremer come alive. I've been doing this for awhile now, and most of the RPs I join don't seem to make it past the 2nd page. The fact that we completed a chapter (even though I was out for most of it) means a lot to me. It is great to be able to escape RL and collaborate and learn from great writers and build a world with our imagination. Just know that the words you write are appreciated and thank you for the enjoyable read. /cheese

An RPer made that faction but never got the chance to establish them. From what I remembered, they operated as an isolated entity with their own agenda. As far as what the specifics are to that agenda, I'm not sure, but Chapter 2 seems like a good place for them to start making their presence known. Nobody is currently controlling them, so it's really up to you (and Cat) as far as how involved you want them to be. I'd love to help, but I've got news reporters, politicians, and a snarky epidemiologist + her hazard team on my plate.

Pretty much as Skull described, The Red Cross have for now been elusive, but this chapter is a fantastic opportunity to start bringing it to life. TRC is an extremely old order with roots in the aid organization of the same name as well as an evolution of The Knights Templar. Their agenda is so far unknown but I'm happy to enter talks with you over where you want them to go. Either shoot me a PM or just put it down here
