I edited my post a little bit. Thought we could add some extra scenes, and furthen the bond between Shadow, Yugi, and the Pharaoh.

Remember, he was sixteen during the series.
In Dark Side of Dimensions, he would be a senior in high school, making him seventeen.

The series spans within 2 years and figured out with where GX intertwines but you know....we messed with that so. I think he would be more 18 at the end with Dark side of Dimensions being the last. x3 Wait...maybe not since Dark side of Dimensions takes place six months after the Yugioh Series.

Okay, my bad. Though we're making DSOD happen a year after the events of GX, in our story. Now that you've mentioned, it would goes as follows:

Yugi
• 16-17 (original and GX)
• 18 (Dark Side of Dimensions)

Jaden
• 15-16 (original and GX)
• 17 (Dark Side of Dimensions)

Yusei
• 18-19 (original and GX)
• 20 (Dark Side of Dimensions)

Sounds about right. I thought about Jaden being a little younger since he has Duel academy but then decided against it and let him stay at his age.

I was thinking we could change the "Eclipse" trap card in, not only being triggered by the defeat of a monster in defense mode; it would also allow an immediate special summon of Dark Djinn.

The only trap card known is "Eclipse". I will be making more later.

It should be on her character page; in the basics. In "special support cards".
