Robotech/Macross Roleplay?

I don't know if this franchise is too popular around here, but would anyone be interested in a roleplay based on Robotech(primarily the Macross Saga) or the original Japanese Macross anime? For those unaware: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robotech and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macross. Let it be known that I'm far more familiar with Robotech than I am Macross, so it'd most likely be that version of the storyline. I want to gage interest before I write up anything resembling an OOC post, but please just let me know if you'd be up for this?
