The CS isn't showing that then... because there are still no jutsu displayed. Water Clone is a fine jutsu to have.

Because if you would recall a conversation you had with me and Lesli. You agreed to it.

@Deathstroke: Wild Water Wave is a pretty standard one for Genin to have. But there are a couple of more you can choose from. I would suggest looking through the list of jutsu on narutopedia or you can always come up with your own jutsu.

Honestly Kumogakure is more in need of people atm.

First, people stop requesting others to make a character here in the OOC. If there is a village that needs more active people, its Kumogakure. In the end, let it flow. You'll be getting a genin, no worries.

I think the GM's mean that you need to put the Hidden Mist Technique in the jutsu list. I would advise to take else a look at the CS's on the roster. :)
That and adding Water clone would be okay. Then you have one C ranked + one D ranked technique. That leaves you with choosing one more C and three more D ranked techniques.
