Welcome to the Revolution, comrade.

Sorry if my OP wasn't clear. Only a short time has passed since the actual bombings, roughly 36 hours. (Enough time for the citizens of The City to get adjusted to their new dystopia.)
Not surprisingly, the majority of resources (food, shelter and raw materials like iron/steel) were claimed within the first 12 hours.

-Revolutionary Name/Alias: Reggie Oars
-Age: 30
-Gender: Male

-Occupation/Expertise: Plasma-Welding, (high-temperature electric-arc plasma welding.)

-1 Strength: Reggie's ability to rally the troops and inspire loyalty is second to none. This includes encouraging people to go on "suicide missions."
-1 Weakness: Anxiety, panics under pressure.
-Personality: Reggie is regal or slightly arrogant, depending on the spectator, but he utilizes this arrogance as a shield to hide his severe anxiety. Everything Reggie does is a calculated effort to reduce his anxiety and keep his mental state level. Even Reggie's Occupation (Plasma-Welding), he uses as a therapeutic tool to calm his nerves. Reggie finds the electric-arc of his plasma-torch

Reggie is lithe and slender, with a dancer's build and the graceful movements to match it.
With chestnut brown hair and pale green-eyes, Reggie might look striking if his face wasn't covered with a black bandana. He is rarely seen without his hood pulled up, although that describes most of the people in The City, currently.
