//DESCRIPTION:Whitney has light cream skin and blonde hair that changes from darker blonde to lighter blonde depending on the seasons (usually darker during winter). She has dark blue eyes and light freckles on her nose spreading to her cheeks. She wears glasses mainly, occasionally contacts if the situation calls for it. She typically wears clothes for comfort and ease, ranging from t-shirts, camisoles, tank tops, skirts, tights, sweatpants, and dresses. She prefers wearing sandals and boots. Her color options are usually lighter colors in red, yellow, green, blue, or purple and also black. She walks with some confidence, but doesn't openly call attention to herself. She wears basic make-up unless it's a fancier event.

Whitney was born into a small family. The youngest of three siblings, her family usually struggled to make ends meet with their parents working two jobs each. Whitney usually relied on her older brother, Ryan, to watch over her and her older sister, Beth. He usually walked them to school, made their lunches, and helped with homework while their parents worked to support them. Despite this, the home was full of love and devotion. Whenever one of them had an interest, they were supported to the best of their abilities. When Whitney found a love for photography, her parents did their best to support it.
It wasn't until high school that Whitney was recognized. Her art teacher saw her photographic talent and urged her to pursue it as a career possibility. Due to that push, Whitney worked hard, working two odd obs of her own to be able to buy the necessary equipment to support her hobby. However, things took a drastic turn when Ryan was diagnosed with cancer. Whitney used her hard-earned money to help her parents pay for chemo and rehabilitation, though the doctor's gave him little chance on making it. Ryan stuck it out for a good year before he succumbed to his illness. Whitney was naturally angry. Not only because she lost money, but because her biggest supporter was gone. She fell into depression.
The art teacher saved the day once again, picking up the pieces of the broken girl. The art teacher, Miss Hensley, used her own money and bought Whitney a good starting camera. She also helped her find colleges and scholarships to help her continue her dream, knowing full well Ryan would want her to continue.
It was then that she applied for Santa Celia and got accepted with a full art scholarship. Feeling invigorated,
Whitney left for the college life to continue her dreams.
▼ M O T I V A T I O N / O B J E C T I V E:
"Nature contains many beautiful things."
Losing her brother was hard, but Whitney continues what she does in order to make her family and herself proud. Eventually, she wants to be able to help her family so they don't have to work so hard and could retire early. She also wants to help her sister, Beth, pursue her dreams of being a doctor. Family and friends come first and she tries to do right by all of them.

"Mess with the rose and you get the thorns."
//ABILITIES:◼ Plant Manipulation | The ability to control plants. This includes being able to grow, cultivate, and use plants in various forms. They can resize plants, produce necessary components with plants, and plants are naturally supportive of the user.
◼ Plant Support | The ability to use plants in defensive, offensive, and supportive roles. This includes forming defensive measures using plant life, using plants to attack enemies (thorns, vines, etc), and creating chemical components from plants to heal allies.
◼ Plant Form | When under extreme duress, the user then takes control of their Plant Form. In this form, the user's body is coated in a protective layer of plants and their powers are enhanced. They can sustain greater amounts of damage.
//SKILLS:◼ Artistic Eye | Whitney has a creative mind. As such, she has an easier time creating artistic works. Her chosen medium is Photography, but she is also a skilled sketcher.
◼ Perks of Being A... | Due to her nature, Whitney can easily blend into the scenery when she is around people. To others, this may seem like a bad thing, but it allows for Whitney to hear some interesting things. And being unseen comes with its perks.
◼ Photographic Memory | Ironic, isn't it? Whitney has a photographic memory. Anything she sees or reads she will be able to recall and remember them.
//LIMITATIONS:◼ Fire and Ice | Plants don't like fire. Plants don't like ice. When facing either of these two forces, it may effect the plant powers.
◼ Energy Draining | Constant use of the powers will drain energy (especially Plant Form). If tired out, the user could pass out and be unable to use the powers.
◼ Terrain | You can't grow plants willy nilly. You need to have the right environment. A dessert can't support plant life, for example.
//WEAKNESSES:◼ Untrusting | It takes a bit for Whitney to open up to anyone. She isn't without friends, but she doesn't trust others easily. She's friendly, but she is with everyone.
◼ Hard On Self | Though told she has talent, Whitney is incredibly hard on herself when it comes to her work. This usually means she doesn't think her work is good when it is, even to the point of tearing up her own photos.
◼ Glasses | Whitney wears glasses. She can't see all that well without them or contacts in.
