Basically this dude used to be really good at piano and his mom used to beat him since she thought he wasn't up to her standards and she died and he had a mental breakdown so now he can't hear piano notes and meets this girl and he ends up liking her but she starts dating his best friend and she pushed him to play piano again and he is able to do it but she gets sick and dies and leaves a note saying that she liked the MC the whole time
