The streets of NYC have plenty of cops watching them. The task force that oversees hot button cases is the Special Cases Unit. One partnership that has seen success is one of Harper Johnson and Devin Coal. Now having worked together for two years this role play is their story.

I have added the Medical Examiner to the character sheet. I figured this could be a good place to keep all characters involved. Maybe find a picture of Joel and add him there as well? We can just use it as a place to save all reusable / continued NPC's for safe keeping.
