Only if it is habitual can the student be arrested, most of the time, if you get caught, you get some kind of detention or a fine.

Yeah, but either way I'm pretty sure the cop would have said something about it.... Not to mention I would be worried about the police getting the wrong idea-- two people from the list pairing up and playing hookie....

Just dropping in to let you know I'm still alive and planning to return. Finals week just ended, and I'm settling down in my new domicile. With the exception of finding a job, I'm about to have a lot of free time to come back.
