First off thank you for stopping by! This thread is dedicated to stories I have been workshopping. I've reformatted this thread in order to have the ability to change and add stories at my whim! As such, there are bound to be plot holes and things that may be unclear! What am I looking for? A partner with an imagination as crazy as mine to embark on this adventure with. Someone who isn't afraid to not only ask questions but willing to help build this world of ours to play in! - As stated above Sexual theme is an element in this story, so, this will take place in the PM's. Now hold on! This is in no way a Smut-based play. This play will focus on the story first, and sex second.
- Still talking about the birds and bees? Yeaaaaaaaah, I'm open to writing the scene out or fading to black, whichever my partner is more comfortable with! Keep it tasteful!
- I'm expecting a partner who can write at min 3 paragraphs. I can get lost and write up to seven, BUT, in no way am I expecting you to match that.
- Speaking of writing expectations, I'm looking for someone that can paint a picture with their posts, dive into the feelings of your character at the moment, and bring them and the scene to life!
- Post frequency. I'm a very lenient person, I work and go to school myself so I understand if we cannot swap 20+ replies a day! Just don't be gone longer than a week without a heads up or a reply and I'm good!

This world, this damned world. For over 300 thousand years modern humans have walked and cultivated this world without concern for otherworldly beings. We flourished, created, made love, and caused our destruction through war. Humans are beautiful and flawed creatures. Those relatively short years were harmony all things considered, but, as we progressed in secret, under the cover of night evil creatures plot their take over. Vampires, Wolves, Witches, and warlocks, all things we once thought were myths were frighteningly true accounts told throughout history.

Man and women took up arms against abominable creatins capable of nightmarish power. These, creatures burned civilizations and razed whole kingdoms to the ground, without abilities of their own nor the weapons to combat them the humans were pushed to the brink of extinction. This was until a benevolent coven of powerful warlocks and witches came to aid the humans, hand in hand they gifted hundreds of humans with the powers of the supernatural. These chosen warriors imbued with enhanced strength, elongated lifespans, durability, speed, and even in some rare instances humans with the ability of their magic began to fight back fiercely and over time began to push them back behind the torn veil. When the time came, Witches and Humans joined together once more to combine their power and resealed the veil stopping further advancement permanently or so they thought.

- Their transformation can be a painful one, they can freely turn regardless of the presence of a full moon.
- Slightly slower than Vampires at full speed.
Witches/Warlock: Capable of terrifying magic. Some covens specialize in one area of magic while others are "Jack of all trades" practitioners.
- Aside from being able to perform impressive abilities the arcane Witches/Warlocks are still as mortal as regular humans. Their lives can be fairly long however but they are still susceptible to the same dangers a human is.
- More powerful practitioners do not need a grimoire to cast a spell, some can even cast without uttering a word.
Slayers: Humans imbued with the powers of the supernatural.
- Naturally all Slayers share similar traits such as; Speed, strength, endurance, agility, etc. Think the super soldier Capt. America/Bucky Barnes but slightly stronger.
- Can still be killed if not careful when facing a Supernatural
- The trait of developing powers on top of their traits was once common but as time went on it became rarer and rarer.
- The majority of Slayers are purebreds, however, it is not unheard of a Slayer to reproduce with a human and hide from The Organization (They are not all-knowing after all).
- Most Slayers work in a two-man cell overseen by a handler (Think a spy agency).
- At full speed a Slayer can match agility and strength with a full fledge Vampire.
- Weak to a special incantation that the witches created as a safeguard. Most covens have long since lost this incantation but they are still practiced by the descendants of the original witches that cast the spell.

Why not call up some friends and let loose for a night or two!?
With summer winding down you figure what better way than a grand send-off with a huge party? But not just any party, oh no, a total rager something out of a movie! Drinks, drugs, good friends, and sexy potential lovers? What's not to love? All went to plan and the party went off without a hitch! Your night was amazing, to say the least, until, it wasn't. Suddenly, chaos breaks loose, people screaming and running in every direction. Blood, so much blood was being spilled but why? Gunshots rang out echoing over the wall shaking speakers. Your chest heaved heavily, your legs burned from running, and your eyes scanned every possible nook and cranny as you desperately tried to find a place to hide. You stay put, hands clasped over your mouth to muffle your ragged breathing. Your friends, were they alright? Would you even survive? These thoughts swirled in your mind. "I know you're here" A voice cut through the deafening silence. "Come out. Now!" it demanded. A Hybrid has moved into town with a surprisingly strong army of vampires and werewolves. For months they've been hunting down and abducting Witches and Warlocks alike. The last time one walked the earth was thousands of years ago, it took several Slayers to bring it down saving humanity from yet another apocalyptical event. Along with whom you believed was a childhood friend you venture out to find and kill the hive before it becomes problematic and The Chord has to step in. - So first no GODMODDING. Now for all intents and purposes this is a story of powerful beings, but powerful doesn’t equal unbeatable.
- Don't ghost, please don't! I understand that we all have lives and by all means I'm no expecting anyone to make our story priority in their day to day! But, I cannot stand ghosters! It's just polite to let someone know if you are no longer interested (I don't hold my tongue I will let you know if I feel we aren't working) or will be away for a while! I have no problem waiting for someone so long as I know. Heck, going away for a month or more just tell me! We can pick up whenever! I will give the same respect to you!

The first expedition stepped into a war that had been burning long before humanity was even a blip in creation. Into a realm of collapsed horizons and broken skies, already ruled by something intelligent, organized, and deeply hostile to anything unfamiliar. Whether it was luck or pure happenstance it didn’t matter; the first expedition team managed to escape by the hairs of their very necks, however, they didn’t come back alone. What followed them wasn’t a natural force of that world, but a species known as the Draken, dragon-like humanoids of terrifying intelligence and overwhelming dominance. First contact wasn’t that of camaraderie but of pure devastation that escalated into invasion, and invasion into global collapse.
Earth didn’t fall in days. It fell in hours. Nations unified out of necessity, not trust, as humanity realized conventional warfare meant nothing against an enemy that didn’t just overpower us, but seemed built to exist beyond our rules entirely. And then when all hopes were seemingly lost the Ascended appeared. No one ever agreed on what they truly were whether they were the next stage of human evolution, outsiders observing us, or something else entirely but each one carried an ability that bent reality in a way science could no longer define. Their intervention didn’t end the war, but it changed its shape. In that turning point, later called the Great Awakening, humanity was given the ability to awaken powers of its own.
For a brief moment, that was enough.
The Draken were pushed back, but victory never became peace. Humanity did what it always does best when survival is secured it divided itself. Power became structure, structure became control, and control became hierarchy. A global ranking system emerged, measuring individuals from 1 to 10 based on combat output and field capability, where strength determined access to resources, status, and survival itself. The Ascended left not long after, distancing themselves from what humanity had become, though seven remained behind and formed bonds with human bloodlines. These unions became known as the Originals, rare inheritances of unstable, unpredictable power that surfaced across generations. Five aligned with global governments and shaped the new world order from within, while two disappeared entirely from public record and remain unknown.
But the Draken war was never the only fracture. The same rift that allowed them through never stabilized, and across the world, Dungeons began to appear sealed pocket dimensions bleeding into reality, each one forming its own ecosystem of unnatural evolution and hostile lifeforms known as Beasts. No two dungeons behave the same. Some are stable enough for training and controlled entry, while others warp physics, perception, and time itself. Within them, humanity discovered Crystals and Beast Cores resources that quickly replaced global currency and reshaped every economy on Earth. Crystals power civilization, while cores are forged into weapons and armor that inherit traits from the creatures they are taken from, sometimes enhancing the user, sometimes resisting them entirely.
Not everyone awakened. Those who didn’t, or couldn’t and refused to become military-slaves became known as Pures, relying on engineered beast forged equipment just to remain relevant in a world built around power they can never naturally access. But since they often refuted the military and believed that the ascended ones weren’t truly on the side of humanity they were labeled as dangerous, as radicals. Those who had the potential to awaken but never did were granted abilities by the military themselves, however what they were granted could never be on the same playing field as those who awakened naturally and since the military granted their powers they were effectively owned by them forever, military-slaves, poor desperate bastards. Military academies rose globally to train the next generation of fighters, turning children into soldiers under the guidance of war veterans from the first invasion. Survival is no longer guaranteed by effort or morality only by capability, adaptation, and the willingness to endure what the world has become.
This is a setting built on fractured reality, escalating power, and a world where survival is constantly being renegotiated. YC in this world is unremarkable by every definition of the word. Being born your dream was always to awaken a powerful ability, but, fate had other plans. Of course it did, most people awakened by the time they were in highschool, yet for you highschool came and went and nothing. Unfortunately it looked like you were of the unlucky few destined to be the scum of society, that or stuck as a military-slave. Every day was hell, constantly picked on by those who perceived themselves as better all because they awakened, such was the law of the land unfortunately, no powers meant you were nothing more than target practice for others. Weak powers meant the same. The fateful day finally arrived, tomorrow yc would be 21 and that’s day the military would conscript you like everyone else who turned fighting age. On your way to home, or what you called a home, lost in thought you were blindsided once again. The same neighborhood bullies, the same treatment, except this time the beating was worse. Maybe they figured since they were leaving they could get a way with murder? Perhaps they just wanted one last hoorah and whooping on you, whatever the reason they didn’t let up. Not even when your nose broke, not even when the tears and grunting stopped and you went still, not even when your head leaked precious life blood. They left you there, clinging to life, clinging to what hope you had left and that’s when it happened.

The summer was supposed to be simple.
Four young explorers. One final trip before real life swallowed them whole. Cameras packed. Climbing gear checked. Spirits high. They came chasing rumors whispered through the dense jungles of Guatemala, stories of a forgotten artifact hidden deep within the mountains. An object older than recorded history. An object once worshipped by a god so cruel even speaking its name was forbidden by the locals. Most dismissed the legends as superstition. They didn’t.
To them, it was the opportunity of a lifetime.
Riches. Fame. Discovery. Maybe even immortality, young eager minds made all sorts of possibilities real.
The deeper they traveled into the jungle, the stranger things became. Villagers refused to guide them beyond certain paths. Children stared at them in silence. Ancient symbols painted onto trees seemed to appear no matter which direction they walked. And every night, just before sleep, they heard it;
A low hum, faint, almost alive.
Still, excitement drowned out caution. They pressed onward into the mountains where the artifact was said to rest. But nature had other plans. A violent storm descended without warning.
Rain hammered the earth hard enough to split stone. Winds tore through the jungle canopy like screaming spirits. In the chaos, the group was separated. Calls vanished into thunder. Flashlights disappeared into darkness. Only two managed to survive together.
Cold. Injured. Disoriented.
They stumbled through the storm until they found shelter within the mouth of a massive cave carved into the mountainside.
At first, they believed they were safe. Then they heard it again. The humming, only now it was louder.
