Warhammer 30K: Avenging Sons




It was a trap, a brutal trap for those loyal to the Emperor of Mankind. A cruel but ultimate betrayal by Horus and his traitor legions. The first battle of what will be known as the Horus Heresy. The Isstvan III Atrocity, where Horus and his corrupted allies, the Primarchs of the Death Guard, Emperor's Children and World Eater Legions. Sought to cleanse their legions of those loyal to the Emperor of Mankind and thus on the world of Isstvan III. The traitors would act first and begin the purging of their legions.

While the loyalists would fight and die against the traitors. Making the traitors bleed and prolonging the fighting longer than Horus had expected. The loyalists were nearly wiped out entirely, and later, the destruction of Isstvan III by virus-bombing. But unknown to the traitors, a small group of loyalists managed to not just survive, but escape by ship and fled the system.

Now, with nothing but rage and bitterness in their hearts. These surviving loyalists would discuss what to do next, and it was decided that they would do everything in their power to hinder the traitors' war effort. Which they would see a unlikely boon. For some time after the Isstvan III Atrocity.

This band of loyalists would respond to a distress signal from a loyalist ship and would discover a badly damaged ship. The ship had survivors from the Drop Site Massacre, and when it was clear that everyone was on the same side. The two groups merge and now together seek to do what they can to make the traitors bleed while behind enemy lines. Along with gathering other loyalists they can find. Starting with a supply ship.

Hello and welcome to the rp. So in the rp you will be playing as loyalist Space Marines during the Horus Heresy. Which you can play as a loyalist member of the Sons of Horus, Death Guard, Emperor's Children, and World Eater Legions or a member of the loyalist legions, the Iron Hands, Raven Guard, and Salamanders. While these will be the only Space Marines options for the rp at the start. I may change it and add more depending on how the rp progresses and where the rp goes location-wise.

Which the ship the party is on is a Gladius Class Frigate called the Endeavour. The Endeavour will serve as the group's base during the rp. Though better ships may be acquired to act as a better base as the group finds more loyalists to their banners.

Which the rp will cover both custom battles and maybe canon ones that will happen during the Horus Heresy. As the group strikes back at the traitors' forces. Though the group will be using guerrilla warfare tactics but may change tactics as their forces grow larger.

Landing in New World




It was supposed to be a normal combat drop for a squad of the 3rd Special Forces Group. They were being deployed to the independent state of Puntland, used to be apart of Somalia, in support of a Puntland operation against insurgents. They were deployed by HALO jump into the region. It was expected to go as planned, and the squad would assist Puntland forces.

However, during the jump, an intense storm suddenly formed in their path, and they were forced to descent through it. While the storm did not harm them, it did send members off course. But when they did pull their chutes and land. They would quickly discover that the mountainous environment they were supposed to land in, was replaced by a forest with no mountains in sight.

Now scattered away from each other and confused about where they are. These soldiers have to link up and figure out where they are. Eventually, learning that they are in a fantasy world, but something very bad has happened to it.

They have to navigate the land and its dangers to find a way back home. Along the way, they meet an assortment of people and creatures who can help or hinder those lost soldiers in their quest to return home while maybe helping this world in the process.

Whatever they decide to do, it will have consequences for this world and whether or not they can return home.

Hello and welcome to the rp. In this Gate-like rp(If you are familiar with Gate anime or manga or not), you will be playing as spec ops members of the United States 3rd Special Forces Group that was assigned to a squad to help Puntland in an operation against insurgents. Only during their HALO jump after passing through a sudden storm. They find themselves in an unknown place, a diffident world. A post-apocalyptic fantasy world as they will discover. Where they will explore and meet the locals they come across as they try to find a way home.

Now, in regards to the characters, they can be what you want, male or female, as it makes sense for them to be there. For character pics, go for drawn pics. As for player slots, as I have discovered, squads are bigger than four people, it turns out, so the maximum possible size of the squad will be twelve or fourteen. But the total size of the squad depends on how many people join at the start. NPCs will fill the slots not taken if needed. Which if more people join, then they will take the spots of the NPCs.

As for the post-apocalyptic fantasy world, it will be revealed as the characters explore it, find out what happened to it, and discover the ills that plague it.

The world of Autia is a world that has known peace and prosperity for decades. For despite the wars and deaths that have transpired on it between the nations of humanity. It has seemingly found peace, even after the Great War. A conflict that involved most of the known world of Autia. A war that all of the Dominants took part in. Humans who can transform into Eikons, powerful beings, and use their power at will. While their efforts did help to end the war. It showed how destructive and powerful Dominants can be in the modern age. Laying waste to a battlefield and being superior to what humanity could produce. A fact that has not been forgotten in the present day by the survivors of the war.

But, as the world moved on and rebuilt what was destroyed. Something else stirred in the aftermath of the Great War. Something long forgotten has been unleashed and has been plotting its next move.

While the Dominants and most of the world do not know. This unknown, a Dominant of an unknown Eikon has plans for Autia and humanity and if she succeeds. Then it will usher in a new age for Autia and humanity. An age that will serve the downfall of humanity.

Which this all begins with an incident at the beginning of a major festival that all Dominants would be attending. Starting a chain of events that will either save humanity or damn it. Depending on how the Dominants act.

Hello and welcome to the rp. So in this rp, you will be playing as Dominants who will be attending a major festival in the city of Nosk. There will be an attack and set in motion events where the Dominants will have to act.

So this rp while in a custom setting, it does have aspects of Final Fantasy. Especially Final Fantasy 16, and unlike that game. This rp will be set in the modern-day version of Autia. Which when it comes to making a Dominant, you can have a male Dominant with a female Eikon and vice versa. So you are not locked to a certain gender when selecting your Eikon. And how a person becomes a Dominant is that after a Dominant dies. A new one is born with the power of an Eikon, and an Eikon has some will that can either protect, help, or hinder a Dominant. Even speak to a Dominant if they wish, though only for a few words or phrases. Depending on what is happening around the Dominant and what the Dominant is doing. Though normally this happens during a stressful or sudden moment and is considered a somewhat rare occurrence.

Also, you are free to add to the setting as long as it does not contradict what I have already.

Journey of the Liberty




World War 3 lasted for ten minutes as nuclear missiles were launched and devastated the world. Turning the once lush world into a radioactive wasteland. While no one knows who started it, it was pointless as the world ended and a new one took its place.

That was thirty years ago, and things have stabilized despite the damage done to the planet. Humanity still lives and has endured. Setting up settlements and rebuilding the best they could. In spite of the raiders, mutants, and other hostile elements in the world.

In the ruins of Philadelphia, one such settlement exists in the remains of the old train yard. Formed from the remains of a National Guard unit and some natives. The settlement was doing well for itself until the arrival of a new group into the city. Calling themselves the Junkers, an apparent group of refugees that have entered the city after their own settlement was destroyed by mutants. They wanted supplies that the settlement had to help them survive and rebuild. The leader of the settlement, former National Guard member Alex Kent, gave some at first, but the Junkers wanted more and more. So Alex cut them, off, and the Junkers reacted with hostility. For three weeks, there were tensions between the two groups, and then that night happened.

When a small group of Junkers managed to get inside the settlement, killed the gate guards, and opened the main gate. The Junkers came in and started attacking anyone they saw. Caught off guard, the defenders tried to fight back but were overwhelmed. In the chaos, Alex, seeing that they would lose this fight, ordered whoever could move to the Liberty. A heavily modified train that the settlement had been working on for trade. Alex and some of the guards stayed behind to give the survivors time to get out safely.

Of the sixty people who lived in the settlement, only ten made it to the Liberty, and thanks to Alex and the guards' sacrifice. The Liberty managed to get out of the settlement and out of the city before the Junkers could reach them.

Now homeless and unsure of where they were heading. The survivors now have to find a new home out in the wasteland, the Liberty being their temporary home. They do not know what they will find in their quest for a new home, wherever that may be.

Hello, and welcome to the rp. The year is 2055 and in this rp. You will be playing as survivors of a settlement in Philadelphia who have escaped on the train, the Liberty, and now travel across the former United States in search of a new home.

Now, while there are ten people on the train at the start, and players will generally fill these slots. Being a character that the Libery picks up during their journey for a new home is a valid option. Just talk to me about it so it does not cause problems with what I had planned with the current stop.

Otherwise, you have the freedom to make your character how you want as long as it makes sense for them to be there and what not. With your character, go with drawn pics, and since the Liberty left in a rush with no time to prepare and at night. Your character's inventory should be scarce, given the surprise attack. But your character will be able to get more items as the rp progresses.

Also, how the rp will work is that each arc is set at each stop the Liberty stops at. Though I might do arcs in between stops to spice things up.

Tales of Echo Squad




Echo Squad, one of the elite squads of the United Earth and Colonies Special Forces Group. Known as the Spectres, this group was one of the few special forces groups in the UEC and is a respected one.

Now, Echo Squad was assigned to an important mission. A research station was taken over by a terrorist group known as the Null, and they are in possession of an important artifact. The goal of the mission is to retake the station and recover the artifact.

The mission went well, and Echo Squad was able to succeed in both objectives. However, after taking the artifact to their ship and flying back to home base. They were attacked by a Null ship and while they were able to jump. The ship's hyperdrive malfunctioned, and they ended up stopping near a black hole. But while they got close to the black hole's edge. Echo Squad's ship had to bypass safeties to push the engines hard enough to break free of the black hole.

After breaking free from the black hole and fixing their hyperdrive. Echo Squad returned to their home base on the world of New Jechico and expected good praise for a job well done. Only when they reached it, to their confusion and horror. All they found was a lifeless, uninhabitable planet and the base destroyed.

Now confused and not knowing what is going on. It took some time before Echo Squad realized the truth. While they were trying to get free of the black hole, time had unknowingly passed, three hundred years had passed, and the United Earth and Colonies government no longer existed. In its place were three nations, the Varan Commonwealth, the White Sun Republic, and the New Earth Empire.

Echo Squad, now aware of their situation, plans their next move. For they are in a new environment, and they have to think on how to survive in this new galaxy. But also what to do with the artifact that sits on their ship. Whatever they decide, one thing they will discover is that not everything is what it seems.

Lost World: The Lost Expedition




Ten years ago, an expedition of little renown was led by a man known as Henry Coswall. A man known infamously in academic circles as a crackpot who seemed convinced that there was one last piece of land that seemed to exist that remained undiscovered to humanity. He used the last of his funds to fund an expedition to find this lost world, and both he and his team ventured to South America. Never to be seen again, and it is guessed they died on Henry's mad quest.

But why should you care, you ask? Simple, while I am not interested in Henry's mission or seeking to confirm if he did find his lost world. What I do care about is that my mother was hired by him and went missing. Maybe dead somewhere in the jungles of the Amazon. I want to know what happened to my mother and what her fate was.

After painstaking research into what I could find of Henry's works. I found the route that Henry and his team took in South America, and while I could do this alone. I remembered how I was not the only one who lost a parent or someone close to Henry's obsession.

This is where you come in and why I am contacting you. I know you are like me and had someone close on Henry's expedition when they disappeared. Which is why I am inviting you to this expedition to find out what really happened to our loved ones. But I should warn you that if I am correct with what I have found about Henry's quest. It may be dangerous, and I cannot say when we will return from this. But if you want to know for sure what happened to our loved ones. Then meet me at this address, and I will fill you in on what I know, and we will find out the truth, and I hope to see you there.

While the group is unaware of what they will truly find in their quest. Taking them from South America to someplace else entirely, braving the dangers of this Lost World. If they can find the truth of the lost expedition. Finding out more than they initially thought about the Lost World that Henry sought to find. You will be playing a member of an expedition who lost someone close who was in Henry Coswall's lost expedition and seeks to find out what the expedition's true fate was. Lost Fleet: Destination Earth




Captain's Log, Admiral Rowan Lehmann, year... previously 2287, now unknown. I am... or was an admiral of the United Earth Coalition and in charge of the 6th Fleet. I am writing this down so that our history can be recorded in my words despite how absurd our tale sounds. But we are strangers to this reality, and our existence in this one will not make sense either way.

You see, our fleet, the 6th, is not from this reality but from another. We were stationed in the frontier Konra system to deal with an infamously strong pirate fleet, and we received tips that the pirate fleet was nearby and went to engage. However, as we would discover, the true nature of the enemy fleet was not what it seemed, and we would become involved in what was a reality crisis. For our reality was being threatened by a reality-bending group called the Ousam Collective that was engaged in a war with another reality-traveling faction calling themselves the Guardians. Their war was causing our reality to distort, and if it continued, it would cause our reality to collapse, and everything we knew and ourselves would be erased from existence.

When we were made aware of the situation, we knew what he had to do to save our reality. So we allied with the Guardians and helped them with battling the Collective. It was some of the hardest fighting I have ever been in, but we managed to defeat the Collective and score a crushing blow that would end their threat to our reality and end the war. But, as a consequence of the final battle, we were ejected from our reality to another, and we asked the Guardians to return us to our reality. They would unexpectedly deny us. For in order to heal our reality and keep it stable, it had to be sealed off from the rest and we were told that we could never return to it. That was our price for victory, our reward for helping the Guardians, never being able to return home, and never seeing our friends and family again.

But the Guardians, before they left our new reality, gave us a gift that would help us in this reality. The coordinates to this reality's Earth, and if we wish, we could see this reality's humans and possibly join them. But they would leave that choice to us and then return to their home reality soon after.

Now, I consulted with the fleet about what our next move could be, and after much talk and discussion, It was voted that we would make the trek to Earth and see if we could join with this reality's humans. I know, and so does the crew, that we have no idea of what this reality's humanity is like or what dangers and threats we may encounter while on the trek to Earth. But with few options, this is the course we choose to take. We have lost our home, but maybe we can make a new one here. So here goes our trek to Earth and maybe our new home. Hello and welcome to the rp. In this RP, you will be playing members onboard the flagship of the 6th Fleet, the Resolute, as the 6th fleet travels to Earth and makes its one-year trek there. Encountering who knows what and seeing what this reality's humanity is like. Now, the 6th Fleet's journey to Earth will take a year, and they have enough fuel and supplies for the trek. If they stay on course, and while they can afford some sidetracking, it is not encouraged.

So while knowledge of this new reality will be revealed as the rp progresses. The more people will discover the current state of this new reality's galaxy and Earth and decide if joining with this reality's humans will be possible.

Since the rp is focused on the 6th Fleet's trek to Earth, and is now in a new reality. You can come up with what you want for the 6th Fleet's home reality as long as it does not contradict what I have for the home reality. Here is some info I have, the 6th Fleet belonged to the United Earth Coalition, a democratic republic born out of the ashes of World War 3. The year was 2287, and the UEC was experiencing a period of peace after a five-year-long civil war that happened five years ago. The civil war was between the UEC and a breakaway group called the Rim League. A group of frontier worlds that sought independence after being neglected by the UEC government. The UEC also recently made contact with an alien race known as the Korai and was still in the middle of negotiations with the aliens when the 6th Fleet was ejected to the new reality.

6th Fleet

The 6th Fleet numbers around thirty vessels, ranging from frigates, destroyers, cruisers, two carriers, and several battleships.

The Resolute is one of the capital ships and flagship of the 6th Fleet. The Resolute is a Kol class Battleship that houses formidable defenses, ranging from point defenses, autocannons and laser turrets. Its main gun is a long coilgun that is built into the forward section of the ship. Which carries a small squadron of Gryphon Fighters and Eclipse Bombers along with some shuttles. The Resolute's crew numbers at 770, including the 50 marine attachment and pilots for the fighters, bombers and shuttles aboard the ship. The ship has various rooms with amenities for the crew. Such as, two armories, a medbay, a hanger, two bars, crew quarters, a movie theater, a gymnasium, a training room, two canteens, a backup bridge/command room, a conference room, a VR room, an engineering bay, Phase Drive room, and various storage rooms.

Technology


The technology used by the 6th Fleet is as follows.

Phase Drive - The 6th Fleet's ships' version of FTL is called Phase Jumping as the Phase Drive opens a window into Phase Space, an alternative dimension where it is possible to achieve faster than light travel and travel among the stars. While it was feared at first that this reality does not have a Phase Space and thus making their drives useless. After one jump, it was discovered that Phase Space, or at least a version of it, exists in this reality and makes the journey to Earth possible.

Shields - The 6th Fleet's ships have shields that are able to absorb damage directed at the ships before failing and having to recharge. Currently, only the UEC ships have shields as UEC shield technology is new and has yet to be made to make smaller shield devices that work with soldiers or vehicles.

The Hunt




The Republic of Kidji, an African country you probably have not heard of. Located in Eastern Africa, and it once had a bright future after becoming independent in the 1960s. But has since fallen into civil war after the sudden death of the last president of the nation. President Pilirani, he was only thing keeping the country together, and now with his death. Civil war has started in the nation.

Now Kidji is torn between two opposing powers, the KLA and the AFF, and despite attempts to make peace. The civil war still rages.

But how does this matter to you? The reason is simple. There is an arms dealer named the Wolf who is selling weapons to both sides. Because of this, he is seen as a reason why the civil war is still going, and a party that seeks to end the civil war is interested in hiring mercenaries to eliminate the Wolf.

You are one of these mercenaries, and now it is your job to kill the Wolf and maybe help bring peace to Kidji. If it can and if you care at all. Just kill the Wolf and you will be paid well for your efforts. If you can kill him, that is.

They have been waiting for you, someone special, someone with the gift. Someone who has been awakened. You have probably noticed it already. Visions while you slept, waking up with words on the wall, or feeling a great change while at work.

Regardless of how it happened or felt. You have been awakened, and now magic flows through your veins. A new cycle of Magi has begun. But while this should be a cause for celebration and fanfare. This means trouble for those like yourself. For the people who had been waiting for someone like you are predators. Those whose sole purpose is to kill Magi and suck their lifeforce and magic from their bodies. They look human While following some sort of grand plan for their kind. Which killing Magi is the key to that plan.

But do not fret or despair at this revelation, for there is hope. For that, the prey can become the hunter and stop these predators once and for all. Stopping their grand plan from completion. Ending the cycle of death and doom for those who can wield magic. It will not be easy and you will be weak at first as you grow into your power. But there is a reason why Magi come back, a grand destiny for you to fulfill, a purpose the predators seek to stop you from doing.

Lost World: The Lost Continent




So you wish to be an adventurer? See places that no one has ever seen, explore ancient ruins of a long lost civilization and uncover priceless artifacts. Well, in this modern age, most of the world has been explored and charted. There is not much left to explore and discover something new.

But, what if I told you that there is still one last place on Earth where modern man has yet to chart? One last place where few would venture to, and others think is a mere myth. A lost continent, and no, I do not mean Lemuria, Mu, or Atlantis. But another older continent called Omon that few know about, and despite the status of the other lost continents. Omon is still standing and has not fallen under the waves.

Now I know what you are thinking, if Omon is still around and not sunken beneath the waves. Then why has no one discovered it and exposed it to the world? For there is a reason why Omon remains a long-lost mystery, and travel to this continent is very restricted. Not by a state or other power, but Omon itself seems to want to remain hidden or at least there are both weather and navigation problems with traveling to Omon.

However, I have recently found a way to travel to Omon, and I have determined that the safest way to reach the continent is by airship. Since attempts by ship are problematic at best, and there is a reason I am telling you all of this.

For I am recruiting volunteers for an expedition to Omon and using my vast wealth to fund such a venture. Which I will also be leading this expedition, as such an expensive venture demands my full attention and I will not miss out on this rare opportunity. Now I only have a few ideas what we will be facing once we reach Omon, based on what legends speak of Omon. But, I believe that we will not just make history with exploring Omon but be able to overcome anything that the lost continent throws at us.

Now, if you are interested in joining my expedition to Omon, then follow the instructions below, and I will see you there when we depart to Omon. Which we both will experience this lost land and see what discoveries and oddities we both will witness. I will see you there in this lost world.

Hello and welcome to the rp. So in this rp, you will be apart of an expedition to the lost continent of Omon. Supposedly located in the South Pacific and the expedition will be travelling by airship to Omon. Now with airships being a thing, the setting is Steampunk, but is set in the real world. The year being 1890, and this means while your char can be from a real life nation and be using real life weapons and equipment. Steampunk weapons and equipment will be allowed, just keep it reasonable.

Now, considering what roles would be available to play as. I will not be strict about it but, as long it makes sense for them to be with the expedition. But if you need ideas for what kind of person is being recruited for the expedition. Think soldiers, explorers, scientists, and engineers. But you can still choose what you want to play as outside of those four groups. Again, as long as it makes sense for them to be with the expedition, it will be fine.

Also, things to know about Omon, the lost continent. Dinosaurs are a thing and will be encountered during the course of the rp. Along with other extinct animals. Plus, a lost civilization, nonhuman sentients, and more will be waiting for the expedition to discover. Just keep in mind that Omon can be a dangerous place and sometimes things are nothing what they appear to be. Since magic while considered a myth in the real world. It is still alive in Omon but will not be as prevalent as it would be in a high fantasy setting. But it will still be around.

Spectres: Retaliation




The Atharane Islands, a small collection of six islands, with the island of Atharane being the largest of the six. A set of islands that most people have not heard of. Located in the Pacific and had a stint as a military outpost during the Cold War. Its value had gone away, but a small population still lives on the island.

These forgotten islands came back into relevance about a year ago when large deposits of rare earth metals were discovered on the islands. Making the islands an very important source of rare earth metals outside of China and the owner of the islands. The billionaire, Jamie Keywood, who himself is an semi local of the islands. He has gathered workers and engineers to mine the deposits. Even hiring a private military company, Highwater, to guard the island and provide security.

This arrangement would work well, and it seemed like the Atharane Islands would gain much wealth from this. Only it attracted the wrong kind of attention as a foreign group. A lesser known group called the White Hand, invaded the islands and took them over. Which part of the reason the invasion worked since the White Hand had agents in Highwater, and their sabotage of the PMC and even defections to the White Hand ensured the islands' conquest. Now taking control of the rare earth metal deposits and selling them on the black market and to certain clients in exchange for high-tech technology.

Now, when word reached the ears of the United Nations of what had transpired. Mainly thanks to the courage of a Highwater soldier. While it was clear that the Atharane Islands had to be liberated but, fearing that the White Hand could damage the deposits and kill the inhabitants of the islands if a UN-backed force invaded. Plus, the island's ownership and the deposits had been making other nations eye the islands to secure its rare earth metals.

In response to this, it was decided that the Spectres, a secret UN spec ops group, were to be sent in and liberate the islands from the White Hand.

Forty Spectres were selected and sent to the Atharane Islands by boat and later helicopter to make their final insertion to the main island of Atharane. However, the Spectres would unexpectedly get ambushed, and their helicopters got shot down before they could unload the Spectre operators.

Now wounded and scattered, the surviving Spectres must regroup and not just find a way to stay safe and survive as they are stuck on Atharane and at the mercy of the White Hand. But, find a way to continue their mission and hopefully get off the islands alive.

Hello and welcome to the rp. So in this rp, you will be playing as members of the Spectres who have survived the White Hand ambush and now are trying to regroup. While scattered and wounded, the remaining Spectres will find each other and figure out what to do next. They will eventually find the remains of the old military outpost in the form of bunkers, which will become the Spectres' base during their time on the Atharane Islands. From here, they will plan their guerrilla war against the White Hand. While being aided by the local resistance that remains on the islands.

Now, since the Spectres are a UN-backed spec ops group. That means your character can come from any nation on Earth. Even North Korea, if desired, under the right circumstances. But, as long as the nation has a spec ops group in it, then it is available.

When it comes to what equipment the Spectres have access to. The rp is set in 2025 so modern weapons, armor, and gear. Which is what you list in your cs is what you have at the start. If it is not there then your character does not have it. While your character can gain more weapons, armor, and gear during the course of the rp. By looting fallen enemies and enemy outposts.

Which it is possible for new people to join the rp after it starts. Simply, it was a Spectre operator that survived the ambush but failed to connect with the rest of the survivors and would be discovered later on their own. Or even a surviving captured Spectre that the main group finds out about, and a mission is arranged to rescue the operator. I am willing to help with getting your character into the group as long as it makes sense.

Spectres

The Spectres are a spec ops that was formed by the UN in secret about six months ago in response to the rise of terrorist groups around the world. Being called Spectres, they were given the most advanced technology and weapons possible and were open to recruiting operators from around the world.

The mission to the Atharane Islands, being an important test for the Spectres since their formation. If the mission were to fail, then a much stronger and larger force will have to be sent to secure the islands. Possibly with the rare earth deposits being damaged and deaths among the islands' civilian population. Plus, it will be a black mark in the Spectres' record, and there will be doubts about the young group's capabilities if they fail.

White Hand


The White Hand for what is known about them, is that they are an up-and-coming terrorist group. Their first appearance was three years ago when they took responsibility for the bombing in Turkey. Since then, they have raised the scale of their attacks, and now they have managed to invade and conquer the Atharane Islands in a surprise move.

It is unknown how they acquired the manpower and resources to do this, but it shows how powerful and dangerous the White Hand has become. They should not be underestimated, and their hold over the Atharane Islands must be broken.

The Atharane Islands



A small archipelago located in the Pacific Ocean. The Atharane Islands contain six islands which the largest is called Atharane. Giving the archipelago its name and for most of its history. The islands have been left to their own devices and during WW2 and the Cold War. The Atharane Islands were controlled by the United States and used as a military outpost. After the end of the Cold War, the military outpost was shut down. However, it was still controlled by the United States and had a small civilian population of 5,000 that lingered after the closure of the outpost.

After some time, the Atharane Islands were leased to a billionaire, Jamie Keywood, with the plan to develop the islands into an island resort despite the concerns of the natives. It was during this time that rare-earth metal deposits were discovered in large quantities, immediately making the Atharane Islands an important and strategic location. Which Jamie realizes the money that could be made from the deposits. He quickly hires a private military company, Highwater, to guard the islands and for workers to mine the deposits.

However, this would draw the attention of other powers, and a terrorist group called the White Hand would invade and take control of the island. Only through the actions of a Highwater soldier did the United Nations receive word of this, and due to the political and economic concerns, a secret UN spec ops group, the Spectres, was sent to liberate the island from the White Hand.

Lawless Paradise: Troubled Waters




The New World sounds like a wonderful place to go. A land far away from the squabbles and troubles of the old world. A good place to visit and maybe start a new life there among one of the colonies. Maybe even find adventure and a new lease on life. Anything can happen in the New World.

That is at least what you were told before joining a merchant vessel named the Good Mary with the intent of sailing and operating within the New World. With a fresh crew and a sound captain. It seem like nothing could go wrong. After a lengthy journey to the New World across the Great Venlem Ocean. Everything was going right until the Good Mary got close to the New World.

A vessel was spotted and when it got close, it raised a black flag. Pirates and rather than the captain of the ship, Samuel Konway, rather than surrender, chose to fight and in the ensuing battle. The Good Mary was boarded, Samuel and some of the crew were killed, and most of the cargo and supplies was taken.

Then to make matters worse for the surviving crew of the Good Mary, an intense storm appeared. Which, unknown to the crew, had blown them off course, and when the storm ceased, the crew tried to figure out where they were.

While they were in the New World, the crew of the Good Mary now found themselves in the part of the New World called the Scattered Isles. A region filled with islands where pirates lived and fought with what colonial authorities existed in the region. Making the region a place where law was limited to the ports that remained under the control of the colonials.

Now with few supplies and a dead captain. The crew of the Good Mary have elected to become pirates to survive and with their new role. The ship sails to the port of Terro, hoping to

Order of the Midnight Sun: Redemption




So you think you know the world. Yes, to the untrained eye, the world that we know is a mundane place. No magic, no supernatural, or anything really that stands out to the normal human.

But, to those like us, we can see the world for what it really is. For past the facade that most believe, magic, the supernatural, and other outwardly beings exist. Hiding their true nature from humanity and existing in the underbellies of the world.

Now I am going to be honest with you, my order, we were not always the ones that tried to fight off the darkness in the world. Initially, we were hounds for knowledge but of the dark kind and allied ourselves with the Soviets when they took control in Russia. There we did, actions that I have come to regret, and only after we finally crossed a line we should not have crossed. We saw reason and realized the madness of our actions. Well, half of us did.

The other half, who now call themselves the Servants of Void. They are mad with power and ambition, who only now seek to further their insane plans. In our long path to redemption, now we seek to stop the Servants and make sure that the chaos we helped to unleash is sent back from whatever hell they are from.

It will not be easy, and the Servants will do anything to make sure we do not stop their plans. But it is what we must do, our road to redemption starts with stopping them. Righting a wrong that our order has done, and you are here to help us with this task.
