I just noticed something. Morgran is speaking as if there is only one heckler even though different voices rose from the crowd. Was he able to deduce that there was only one heckler using many voices then?

I just remembered that when Brutrumukk and Jub met Kettlesteam, she took on the form of a dwarf. And now, Kettlesteam has been dragged off for a lesson in manners by Morgan. Who is himself a dwarf. I find this to be rather amusing.

I would say that check is a success. Kettlesteam does seem to be trying to say something, not use verbal components in a spell.
