Hello! My name is Jones, and I had a spark of an idea that I wanted to write down before I forget!
First, a little about me!
-I’m a male living in the Pacific Northwest
- I’m a high school math teacher
- I like to think of myself as a casual/advanced writer, but I am definitely of the believe of Quality over Quantity! I have no real “rules” for posting; I’m normally go with the flow:) as long as the story is fun and we’re having a good time I don’t mind!
- I am a sucker for romance! But it isn’t the leading drive of a story! It’s gotta feel natural, words need to mean something and it’s gotta make sense for the story!
-I normally do PM posts, or Discord, but I don’t mind threads either :)

Anyway! Here’s what I have so far for this fantasy plot:
A new knight rises from the ashes. Literally. He awakens covered in soot and warfare. He was a squire hours before- he followed his knight into battle for his kingdom in a time of restless wars and conflict. The realms have been fighting for as long as he could remember, and in the midsts of one of these wars, a dragon attacks the land, killing everyone. Almost everyone, that is.
Before the dragon destroyed everything, Finn’s master used his dying breath to knight the young man- making him swear to “Do Good in this gods forsaken world.” He woke up to his whole world destroyed. The kingdom he lived in, the people he knew, the soldiers he learned from were all dead. All he had was his master’s sword and his shield. Now, with no direction, he swore himself to his knightly duties- to make sure there would be peace, and he vowed most of all to destroy the dragon that took everything from him.
Alright, and here’s where we brainstorm!! I’m looking for a female role, eventually a romantic one for this! And this could go down a number of paths! Your character could be an Elven queen/princess/warrior that’s kingdom is in the woods next to the battlefield who finds and treats my character. He agrees to help you and your faction as repayment, as long as they help him seek vengeance against the dragon. OR! Your character could be a princess of another kingdom that finds him. OR! Your character could be a part of a traveling circus/music group- a bard that finds him in the middle of the road, and you take to treat his wounds. They could be a band of former knights-turned-bards, or a circus, or any other idea that comes to mind!
Of course, these are just ideas! I really want to get you involved in making this a world we both created! If you’re interested, or have any other questions about this, shoot me a PM or drop a post down below! :)
