Bug with Quoting and Character Sheets

There's a glitch where pictures in spoiler tags do not show up in a quote. Also, if I quote a character sheet:

"Username:
Name:
Gender:"

It's supposed to come like this.

But it turns out like this in a quote:

"Username: Name: Gender:"

Fix please?

Yeah, BBCode/quotes have gotten almost 0 love. It's totally in a "good enough for now while I work on other things" state, but it's clearly not good enough for now.

I plan on overhauling it soon.
