Damon was looking around the room when he woke up, trying to get over the fact that there was no chance he could be with Elena was hard to accept. He knew she was happy with Stefan, but it still hurt. He hadn't wanted to even go through heart break again Which was often why he stared love was painful, pointless and overrated. Falling for Elena had changed that. But now he was heartbroken yet again.
"No, I am not upset, upset is an emotion specific to those who care," Damon growled when his brother asked if he was upset. Damon knew that was a lie. The vampire glared at his brother before storming out the house.

"Yeah sure," Was all Stefan said.

Damon rolled his eyes and headed to the bar. He needed time alone. Damon wasn't fully sure if time alone would help. But he really was beginning to feel like this was a bad century.
Heading into town and to the bar , Damon was quiet. He knew he was more likely to kill when he was upset, it wasn't the best of times to provoke him either, The vampire though knew he had to be careful about being caught out as well.
Ordering a drink Damon leaned on the table and began drinking it.

Damon was quite bored as well, nothing much interesting had been going on for awhile. The lack of danger was almost suspicious. He was almost itching for something to happen.
he kept looking around as if he hoped something would happen. Maybe he was hoping too much, the vampire decided just to try enjoy what ever time he had alone before something did happen.
"I'll take another." He told the bartender after awhile . He had finished his first drink.

Jasmine sighed as she ran. She needed to get far away from these vampires. They all wanted her, and for different reasons.She let her black heels drag her towards the bar in town. She She ran into the bar as she held onto her purse. She said, " no They won't be able to get me..." She said softly, trying to convince herself. How was she going to get away from them? What about the Salvatore boys? She didn't know if they would help her. She got towards the stool and smiled lightly she was scared. her heart was racing as she glanced around her. she gulped nervously as she sat on a stool, next to Damon. ' a scotch please.' she blinked her eyes softly and fastly, she was freaking out. She tilted her head softly. She smiled at the bartender who made her scotch. She looked at the guy, ' Oh Hey.' she said softly. she glanced over at him as she kept staring at te door. Se tried to hide from the guys, hoping they won't find her.

Damon was looking around. He then caught sight of the girl come into the bar. He raised an eyebrow, he could tell something was wrong.
He wondered if somebody was chasing her. The vampire was looking at her.



"Oh hey, " He replied. He narrowed his eyes seeing the vampires enter. He wondered what they wanted. He could tell it wasn't good.
He was able to tell they meant trouble He looked at the girl again. "Names Damon Slavatore." He smirked his usual smirk.
His dark hair was falling in his face a bit.

Damon sat there drinking for awhile. His eyes narrowed angrily at the vampires that had come in. He would give them a piece of his mind if he had to. The vampire was sure that they were trouble. He wondered if they were after the girl.
"Your in danger , aren't you.?" He said.

Jasmine smiled nervously. She wanted someone to help She glanced him sitting there as she was handed her scotch. She took a sip. She blinked her eues as she tried to calm d ownm would they attack in a public place?? She gulped nervously and sighed. She smiled and said " my name is Jasmine Lovelace " she tilted her head thinking. Sje was glad she was calming down but she was still having anxiety. She tapped her foot nervously and smiled. She took a sip " me?" She asked. She looked at the vampires looking at her before pointing and heading towarss her " oh.. well I suppose I am.. " she blinked looking at him " wait Damon Slavatore... thee damon.. " she looked down. " oh my.. " she said " do you think you can help me out?" She knew he was a vampire Damon was known in the world she hangs out with.. she smiled lightly. She stood up as she saw them coming towards her. She blinks her eyes at the bartender.

The vampire looked at her and smirked "Ah so you know who I am?" He seemed pleased she knew who he was. he looked at the vampires that had come in.
Damon was still glaring at them. He finished his drink and he wondered what they were going to do. He knew if he got too angry he would risk the people in the bar knowing he was a vampire.
"I suppose." He narrowed his eyes again.
Damon knew he could keep her safe from them. He was tense and wondering what to do.

Jasmine smiled at Him " Yeah your name comes up a lot.. with who I hang out with " she smiled lightly. She blinked at the vampires who went to her and soon went to grab for her after she saw that they realized it was really her. She tensed and went to move " stop it " she frowned. She did try to move. She gasped as she was grabbed. She tried to get free " let me go!! You do realize where we are " the vampire smirks abd said " soon at not here " She glanced at the bartender what went to go get some help knowing they would need help. Jasmine didnt know what to do. She tried to fight them back but then she was fully grabbed and she was given to one of the guys in the group " come on lets go "' he went to go to the front doorm jasmine kept trying to fight and get free.Jasmine felt how tight their grip were

Damon noticed the guys come up. "Just what do you think you are doing, let her go," He demanded. "Lets not cause a scene in public shall we."
He smirked darkly. The vampire wanted to kill them then and there. But he couldn't cause a scene. Damon was furious.
Even if he had just met her he wanted to protect her.
He wondered who it was she hung out with that his name had come up before. Damon was curious but for now he had to save her.

Jasmine saw how Damon came in and went to at least tt y to help. She bit her lower lip hard as she looked down. The vampire turned " and exactly give a reason as to why. Plus if you knew what she was.. you'd do the same thing." Jasmine shook her head. No it wasn't. No vampire is the same plus of what she heard there was no way... she frowned trying to struggle out of the grip. She groaned. The vampire had already went face to face with him. Jasmine tensed " nothing big... " the vampire holding her tightened his grip on her. " shut up!!" Jasmine eyes widened. Uh oh... please help she prayed

"Who said I would," Damon smirked darkly, he looked at them "Ok now your really pissing me off, I am not going to give you any more chances."
He narrowed his eyes angrily "Now let her go."
The vampire punched the vampires holding her, trying to startle them into letting her go. He knew if he went too far people would know what he was.

Jasmine sighed as she felt one of the vampires holding her smelling her neck, like a creep. She glanced over thinking. She didn't know what to do. but then she felt at how she was dropped. Jasmine looked over and around before she ran to Damon's side. She blinked her eyes softly as she was trying to stay away from the vampires who were trying to get her. The vampires went to try and fight back towards Damon. " How dare you!" They yelled. Jasmine was scared.. What would she do? She blinked her eyes as her heart was racing.

"Oh how dare I What? this?" Damon smirked and punched them again. He was enjoying it that he had made them angry, He wasn't about to let them get near the girl again.
He smirked darkly "Touch her again and I know where to find hunters." He said in a threatening way, but he said it quietly so the rest of the bar didn't hear.
"Now if you are smart you would get out of here,"
The vampire knew he couldn't do much in a public place.

Jasmine wanted to think the guy, Damon for what he did. " Oh um... I suppose." She wasn't that smart, but she was smart enough. She then went to run out of the bar, she had no where to go though. She sighed trying to quickly get out of there, as fast as she can. She gulped nervously, after she was away for a few blocks. She wanted to thank him, but she never got his number or anything. She gulped nervously. She looked around before she started running to her car and got in to drive off somewhere she can hide out for a bit .

Damon was looking around, he seemed glad that she had got away. He just hoped that she was able to get somewhere safe.
He knew that later he should go and find her to make sure she was safe.
The vampire seemed to be fairly alert.
Damon walked off and left the bar, keeping an eye on where the vampires went.

Jasmine had found her sister, and they both found what place they want to eat at. She smiled and ordered her food, afterwards they ate in their car since right now its safer. Jasmine smiled thinking on how wonderful that Damon guy was. She loved his looks too. She looked around before she smiled widely. She was happy. She giggled and said, " oh I think thats him" She got opened her door. She smiiled seeing that this was the guy, she giggled and said, " Oh hey Damon!!" She ran to him, " thank you Damon, so much." She said softly.

Damon was waiting outside her door, He seemed very tall and his dark hair was all messed up. The vampire was glad she had got away safely. He was grinning when she let him in.
"Ah no problem, I will try my best to keep them away from you." He promised.
The vampire was determined to protect her.
"Got here safely I see." He replied.

Jasmine smiled as she opened the door of her house. She saw Damon, letting him in, she movd to the side, she smiled at him and said, " Really, you would really do that?" She asked excitedly. She was happy now. She yawned thinking. Before she went to move away and close te door. " Make yourself at home." She said softly. Thinking about what she can give him, " Let me pay you back for the favor. What do you want? It can be anything and i'll find a way to get it" She smiled lightly. She nodded and said, " yeah I did get here safely. My sister saw me and dropped me off." She blinked her eyes. She knew that they would know where she is living, just then, she heard someone doorbell her house. She groaned, looking out the window, didn't they get a hint? The vampires were back. She sat on the couch for a minute. " What should I do? It's them again. "

Damon stepped inside and was looking around "Yeah sure." He replied. It wasn't a big deal to him to keep them away from her and it was the most exciting thing that had happened. He wondered if they would dare come for her again after he had threatened them.
"Its fine you don't need to do a thing."
He sensed the vampires had returned and he growled a bit "I'll go deal with them." Damon headed out and closed the door, he knew they couldn't get in unless invited. He narrowed his eyes at them. "Did you not hear my threat earlier."
Damon growled at them.

Jasmine gulped nervously, sitting onto the couch. She watch how he was reacting. She closed her eyes softly and smiled. She tilted her head and said,, " Alright, thanks Damon." She said softly. She then glanced over at him and smiled. She was glad he was helping her out, she did have some marks from them getting to her. She gulped nervously before she was really nervous though. She felt her heart racing as she thought about this. She looked over at him and said, " be careful "She said as he went out the door, she then peaked out the window, trying to sneak a peak at what was happening.
The vampires just shook their head, the woman in the group said, ' We need to chat to her about something." The leader wrapped his arm around the woman and said, " yeah. we do" He glared at the guy.

Damon looked at them, his eyes were narrowed angrily "I wasn't kidding when I said I'd make sure hunters go after you." he smirked darkly. He was getting in a bad mood again because of them.
He growled and pulled one of them by their shirt collar and then slammed them into the wall of the house. His fangs were bared and he looked quite angry. "Or I can just kill one of you and see if you learn your lesson that way."
he wasn't going to let them harm her.
Damon knew he didn't sometimes think things through and was reckless at times.

Jasmine smiled as she saw how he was truly sticking up for her. This was surprising to her. No one would really stick up to her. She gasped as she saw someone in the house, but she can tell it was a ghost. " What do I do?" Jasine knew this was going to hurt. She closed her eyes and said, " Touch me to get to the other side." She gulped nervously. She knew this was going to hurt. She glanced at the girl who was afraid. " You have to touch me, to get through and be in peace." She said. She gasped as she was touched and the little girl disappeared. She closed her eyes as she tried to stop the pain. Soon it stopped. She then went back to the couch. This was getting tiring. She glanced out the window but jumped when she heard someone being slammed into the wall. She watched.
The woman of the group. " Oh no that's not needed, Damon." The others nodded fastly, they didn't want to deal with any injuries.
