[OOC] 13 Edgewood Drive

You thought it was odd when the creepy girl from school invited you to her Halloween party. You were sure she didn't even have enough friends to be throwing a party at her place. When you get there, things get even stranger. You've got to fight your way out as Cara leads you on a series of gory puzzles and horrifying dead ends. Will you unlock the secrets of the mansion and get out alive or will you end up just like the rest of them?

Okay so my basic idea is that I want to create a sorta mystery / horror themed RP. it starts before the party, set in a dark old mansion, where it's obvious that all isn't as it seems. Anyway, let me know if you're interested in joining as I have some cool ideas for this!

Here's mine:

Name: Cara Penny
Age: 17
Appearance: Havent figured out how to add pics yet so... Long, chestnut brown hair, dark eyes. Average height and build. Nothing striking about the girl, in fact she looks pretty plain. She'd blend into the background easily if it wasn't for the occasional singing or odd noise that escapes her lips.
Strengths: She is a total dark horse so she is totally unpredictable. She reads people very easily.
Weakness: Um, she's a bit of a nut bar...
Personality: Erratic, quiet, reclusive, introverted. Cara is actually pretty clever in lessons but keeps mostly to herself so doesn't have friends.
Bio: Cara joined the school after moving to town last year. She now lives in the big old house that is the only one on its street. When she started school, she appeared... Normal. As time wore on, it became more apparent that this wasn't the case. That's all anybody knows.

Name: Nate Thurston

Age: 18

Appearance: Nate is a youth of average height and weight for his age, brown hair, unremarkable clothing. The only thing that stands out on him at all are his very pale blue eyes, which are extremely active.

Strengths: Nate is observant and intelligent, with a good eye for details.

Weaknesses: He's endlessly curious, to the point that he'll often do something he knows is stupid just to see what will happen. Also, he tends to focus on only one thing at a time and get tunnel vision.

Personality: A shy, awkward youth, Nate is a little on the bookish side and spends a lot of time to himself.

Bio: There's not much to say about Nate, really. Just a kid who keeps to himself, spends weekends at home reading or poking around places he shouldn't be. His well-meaning father is always prodding him to get out of the house, to go and have a little fun with the other kids, to enjoy youth. Nate's dad was happy to hear the announcement he was headed to Cara Penny's party, and even let himself entertain the notion Junior had found a girlfriend. The simple truth is that Nate is kinda curious about the strange girl and her home. And when Nate gets curious, not much stops him.

Age: 17
Appearance: A mixed race girl, with bright cat green eyes and black hair, she has a small nose and is considered beautiful by many
Strengths: She knows how to get on people's good sides.
Weakness(es): Lets people walk all over her, very timid and shy, fearful and clings on to people when scared, constantly craves attention.
Personality: A shy and timid young adult, all she really wants is a true friend (or romance!) that isn't just for her looks.
Bio: Her family lived in India for a while, before her mother married a irish man and gave birth to Lakshmi. She is popular at school, but every single last one of her friends are fake, and she knows this herself.

Appearance: athletic build,long dread locks with tips dyed red,piercing eyes,usually wears t-shirts,and jeans.
Strengths: athletic,good stamina,intelligent with good reasoning skills,and logic.
Weakness(es): easily distracted,not the best at following orders,and easily annoyed or angered.
Personality: he's a bit of a joker seeming to take nothing serious,yet at times he's stern to the point of ruthlessness.
Bio: he's basically a normal guy,enjoying working out,and a good laugh.his family moved to town 3 years ago from Houston. he's somewhat introverted,and doesn't hang around many people other than a small group of friends,and family.he prefers to be alone enjoying reading,and arts.his father tried to push him out of his shell with sports causing friction between the two.his father believed he was to much of a loner,so when the odd girl invited him to the party he excepted just to get his father off his back,even though he's a bit nervous at the idea he's willing to go just to get some peace at home.

Strengths: Quite intelligent and enjoys puzzles and conundrums.

Weaknesses: Due to her parent's strict upbringing Ivy often pushes herself too hard resulting in mental fatigue and stress.

Personality: Calm. Friendly. Level-Headed. Intelligent. Thoughtful. Positive

Biography: Ivy was born of Swedish descent to a upper middle class family. Her father and mother are the local team of dentist and dental hygienist. Ivy is an only child, and that is the way she likes it. When not chasing her friends around, she often would fall into a land of fantasy that were portrayed in her books, writings, and sometimes artwork. Ivy has always been taught a good work and study ethic, being pushed by her parents to exceed in everything in life. One could say they push her a little too hard to be perfect, but she takes it in stride.

Aha! Yeah, I came back right when the site re-opened; but had a bit of trouble at home and ended up homeless for a little bit x: But long story short, I'm in a bit of a more stable situation and am ready to get back into roleplaying- so thank you for accepting me!
