Fmr Police Officer, Now Retired and works as a private Detective in the small town of Devore, Ky.
Lance has a drinking problem among other other vices like gambling and women that he can't afford due to his Ex's.
Retirement had brought him freedom but at what price?

Lance is tall, mostly non nondescript of your average typical Caucasian, his European hawkish nose aids his in finding the best foods in town.
