[IC] Young Justice: New Beginnings

[Kitty]

Hayley turned in his arms and began to kiss him. When he dropped his guard she would push away from him and hit him with the pillow in her hands.

[Demon Shinobi]

Hayley's plan worked rather perfectly. Nate was off guard and took a pillow to the face. Once he regained his composure he laughed a little and ran his fingers through his hair. "No fair." He laughed alittle before hearing Jason come back. "Every man for himself!" He shouted as he threw two nerf guns into the air. One to Hayley and one to Nathaniel. nathaniel caught his and started to fire at Jason and Hayley. Meanwhile Jason reciprocated by firing at Nathaniel and Hayley.

[Kitty]

"Hayley flipped backwards with ease dodging some of the bullets. She then landed and shot towards the two boys. "Every man for himself? Sexist aren't you." Hayley said teasingly.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Hey... I'd like to think that rather than it being a sexist comment... it's equal. Women fought for equal rights after all." Jason replied with a laugh. "That sounded pretty stupid dude." Nathaniel commented. "Shut up." Jason answered quickly.

[Kitty]

Hayley glared at him and aimed to shoot at him but she was out of bullets. Hayley just shrugged and chucked the plastic gun at Jason's forehead. "Say every person for themselves next time you sexist!" She yelled jokingly yet slightly serious.

[Demon Shinobi]

Jason dodged the fun and smirked. "You gonna make me?" He asked taking on the challenge.

[Kitty]

"Nate sorry but your friend may need medical attention in a few minutes.." Hayley said running straight towards Jason and jumped to tackle him.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Wait Hayley!" Nathaniel tried to warn her before a somewhat large green energy shield form between her and Jason. She'd likely slam into it. And it might hurt her, but maybe not. "Really?" Jason asked calmly. He laughed a bit. Nathaniel facepalmed. Did she forget he was a green lantern?

[Kitty]

Hayley smirked and turned her back to it quickly. It hurt her back but she landed on her feet. Hayley concentrated her power and use it as a boost. She would most likely be able to tackle him this time due to the distance, her normal speed, and the boost.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Gah!" Jason shouted getting tackled. "Dammit..." He mumbled as a green hand formed from his ring and picked her up off him. "Why don't you get aggressive with Nathaniel?"

[Kitty]

Hayley glared at him as she was picked up. "Sleep with one eye open..."she growled. Giving him a look that said 'put me down now or else.'

[Demon Shinobi]

Jason put her down. But more than that it was like he tossed her to Nate. Nate caught her of course, but he hadn't been ready and fell back. So when he hit the floor she was on top of him and his face was pressed against her chest. "I swear I didn't mean for this to happen." Nated said quickly with his arms thrust out so as not to touch her or give her the wrong idea or any reason to hit him. Jason scoffed laughing a little. "Didn't mean for that to happen." He said before running off towards his room.

[Kitty]

Hayley glared at Nate then stood up quickly and glared at Jason's retreating form. "Too much excitement for one night.... I need my sleep." Hayley said ignoring the deep embarrassment from just a few seconds ago. "Night Nate." Hayley said bending down and kissing his cheek before standing up and walking to her room. Hayley went in then fell onto her bed instantly falling asleep.

[Demon Shinobi]

Nate touched his cheek and smiled. "Oh man... She's just awesome." He mumbled to himself before going home and heading to sleep himself.

[Kitty]

Hayley woke up early and went to the storage closet pulling out a drill and a bunch of screws. She smirked and walked to Jason's room. She first snuck into his room and slipped the lantern ring off of his finger and placed it on the tallest shelf in his room. She then exited the room and drilled the door shut to where it couldn't be opened until her found his ring on the shelf. She also boarded the window shut. Hayley laughed happily at her payback and went to the kitchen making herself eggs and bacon.

[Demon Shinobi]

When Jason woke up he immediately noticed the absence of his ring. "Ugh... She'd so annoying." He said before getting up. However, it wasn't like this was a problem. The ring reacted to his will. Not like he needed to climb or really try to get it. He simply held out his hand and the ring glowed and floated upward and then down to him. It placed it self on his finger and he could then easily break the door down with a fist of green energy. "Yo! You should hurry! School time!" He said in a nonchalant tone as he walked to the bathroom. Maybe she would get mad that he plan didn't work.

[Kitty]

"Wait we go the same school?" Hayley asked as she headed back to her room.
Bats had called her and said they got everything figured out with the school and if she just showed up everything would be fine.

[Demon Shinobi]

"As far as I know we do." Jason said as he came back now dressed and ready. He ran his fingers through his hair and sighed. "Apparently my excuse while I was away was that I had to attend something for an internship... I intern at Wayne Industries." He explained to her his cover story. "Besides. As you can probably tell if I'm not off in space I live her. So you know. Happy Harbor high is the closest school."
