Personality: Utsu is the type to take things way too seriously. She is paranoid and quite a pessimist, but she herself says she is just 'ready for every circumstance'. She constantly attempts to find a way to join the Chikyū militia and does not believe in the treaty, saying it is a loss of honor to the Chikyū. Many believe that Utsu is selfish and cares for her own perseverance, when in truth she cares only for her kingdom's benefit. On the rare occasion that she does attempt humor, it is only ever a very dry sarcasm.
Your thoughts on the Princes: "My brother's naive, the prince of Kasai has the attitude of a thousand, the Prince of Mizu's a vain brat, and the Prince of Kūki cares for none but himself. None of them are fit for the authority they are given"
