[IC] Untold Truths

Jack sighed and calmed himself. He then began to tell his story. "A lot if werewolves are made. By bites and such. Not my family. For some reason on our 21st birthdays we suddenly we can transform. I have no idea why. I got my father's Alpha genes. You most likely met him if you figured this out. So someday I'll be the Alpha. Not that I want. All I wanted was a normal life with you. But I had to be a monster. " He said sadly. Jack had seen his dreams crushed. He was not going to lose her too.

Luna looked up at him with her head tilted to the side. His words wrenched her heart. She caught his hand in her own and squeezed it lightly. She closed her eyes tightly and spoke. "I don't think you are a monster. I don't know about a normal life but we may be able to try some kind of life." She didn't want to live without him now that he was back. But she hoped they could get past their differences.

Jack looked at her. He tried to figure out what he was going to do. "You don't? You really don't think I am a monster?" He had no idea what to do. Well he had a great idea. While her eyes were close he leaned down and kissed her deeply on the lips. He only broke off after a second. He looked down at her.

Luna hadn't been expecting what he did next. She gasped but relaxed and leaned into it. Until he broke away causing her to open her eyes. "No I don't think you a monster. You have done nothing to make you a monster in my eyes. Remember I only go after the rogues. They are the monsters." She had to lean back her head to look into his eyes. Her cheeks were flushed and her eyes a bit dazed.

He looked at her. He was stunned. She did not think him a monster. Hell he thought he was a monster. It was a truth. She had kissed him back. He would have pushed back but she did not. She showed him kindness. Maybe she did care about him. A guy could hope now couldn't he. He looked her right in the eyes. "So what are we going to do? With our relationship. You can't deny that there is chemisty between us.I need you Luna Monfort." He said looking down right at her. Wondering what she would do.

Luna sighed and tilted her head to the side in thought. She wasn't sure what they should do about their relationship at the moment. Her lip slipped in between her teeth as she thought. "I know that we match up very well. I find a hole in my heart when you are gone and now it is filled. Perhaps we can try again. But maybe we should just try being together for awhile before making it official." She wanted him but her heart was still guarded.

Jack looked her right in the eyes. That was all that he wanted. Her to take him back. Not instantly but enough for her to accept him. Heck it was all he wanted. "I'll make it up to you. I promise Lu. I won't break your heart again. I care about you too much to do that again/." He wanted to kiss her again but decided to wait. "Now what should we do?" He asked curious as to what she wanted to do.

Luna smiled slightly and raised a brow. "Well you can explain to me who the Alpha is while we grab something to eat." She bumped her hip against his before walking to the door. She opened it and motioned outside. But when she opened the door he would get the scent of blood. Another murder had taken place close by.

"Well that's easy. He's my father...." He said right before she opened the door. That smell. Blood in the area. It was close. He stopped and looked at her. "Lu. There was another murder. I can smell the blood. It is close. Come on!" He said running out the door toward the smell. He hoped she would follow.

Luna looked at him in alarm as he said he smelt blood. She nodded slightly and ran after him as they ran into the edge of the forest. They came upon a gruesome scene. The body of a man was torn apart. Luna rubbed her head and sighed. "This is getting bad. Can you detect the scent of the creature that did this?" She asked him softly.

Jack sniffed the air. His senses were not great when human but he could smell a werewolf. Not a familiar one though. Unless he could not smell it. "Werewolf. I know that smell. A werewolf did this. I don't think it is one of the pack though. They all smell the same. I would have been able to smell if it was them. " He said looking around the scene. He clearly looked worried. What if one of his brothers did this ?

Luna sighed and looked around the scene. "We can not allow the human police to take over this scene. They will destroy any traces of scent." She glanced around and began moving through the scene. She stopped at a tree where claw marks ran across. She put her hand up to the mark and gained the image of what happened here. The wolf had stalked this human into the forest. The wolf shifted asking the human questions before finally going back to the wolf and ripping the human apart. When the scene ended she opened her eyes with a gasp.

Jack looked around still sniffing. He had to figure our what had happened here. He looked at Luna. "What did you get? Cause all I have is a basic scent. Not much more. " He said embarrassed. He looked over at the tree. Werewolf marks.

Luna looked up at him and rubbed her head. She began to tell him of what she had seen in the vision. The visions were something she disliked using because you could feel everything that happened. She leaned back against the tree with her eyes closed for a few moments before opening them to look up at him. "This werewolf is looking for something. What I am not sure. But we need to get this all cleaned up."

Jack looked at her worried. She did not look great right now. He nodded they did need to clean this up but how? If someone found their DNA on the scene they both could be fingered as the murderers. Which he was not. "We could call the police. Claim it was a wild animal attack. I know there are bears in the woods. Or we could hide the body. Your choice." Jack said not really into covering up a crime.

Luna tilted her head to the side in listening to him. She supposed they could call the police. She knew of many ways to keep from leaving behind prints but no one is perfect. Finally she pulled out her phone and went to his side. Her head rested on his shoulder lightly as she dialed 911. Her finger hovered over send as she thought about what to say. "I suppose we will tell the police."
