I just love raichu way more then pikachu, but I thought it might be to OP to have a raichu. (plus Pidgey is easy to catch) however, it really depends on how well our characters bond in the rp really. I don't know if our characters will be friends or not.

I don't want them fully evolved but honestly if they are just try to make it so we can take them on.

that's a good Idea but I meant actual age, but it wasn't very smart (I should have said effective) so feel free to just forget that
