Alright, I've gotten the okay from Wayward to take control of the situation with Soren's character. I'll be making a post about it first thing tomorrow. I apologize that I can't get something up tonight, I worked all day and I'm really tired. This is the last time I will put it off, tomorrow we'll get your character set up and ready to post, Soren.

You all can expect a post from me as well; I know that at this point, I am singlehandedly holding up the RP, and you have my deepest apologies. Really, I'm very sorry, I never intended to procrastinate like this but several different factors got in the way of me posting. Even so, that's no excuse, and as your GM I owe you better. From here on, no more excuses. I'll be getting things done in a timely manner. Expect things to start moving tomorrow.

Alright Soren, with your character there are two things I'd like to address, which I already mentioned to you via PM. Just to reiterate in a public form:

- I'd like you to remove any mention of Merlin since we're trying to avoid using already established characters/worlds/etc.

- This is a two-parter. First you must list every spell or special ability your character is going to start out with. Keep in mind you should only have three to five abilities and they should all be low in power level (ie. along the lines of a Fire spell). You may not start with your spell-mixing power, but weaker forms of it can pop up relatively early in the RP. If you have any questions about how the ability gaining/learning process works, please ask and I'd be happy to help explain. Please try to make your character around the same power level as the other apprentices. As an additional note, you don't have to list things like the ability to guard against attacks or mundane sword swings, only things that could not be performed by an average fighter (magic, advanced sword techniques, etc.).

Soren, I'm going to go ahead and make the post that will introduce your character immediately. I trust that you will make these changes or that we can work something out, since you've been very open with me thus far. I'm going to have it so that a group of patrolling Keybearers found you on Heroes' Requiem and have begun to transfer you to Old Bastion to be put under Lao's care. You will be functioning as a light apprentice, but what you do from there is up to you. I'm really sorry for all the delays, an I hope you;re still excited to be RPing with us! I know we're excited to have you!

The red-haired man, Ghave, is a Non-Player Character (NPC) that I created. He is run by me. There are two characters in the priest scene, Ghave (the red-haired man), and Alister (the armored man).

As a GM, I frequently create NPCs to facilitate events in the story. I have not posted for anyone else's character. I posted for Ghave (the first section showing when Alister fell from the Second Sun), the priests and Ghave (second section), Veros and Elz (two other NPCs of mine), and finally Axeus (my main character and Dark Master).
