My guess is that a Spam Play is a roleplay but with spam. Spammers take all the roles, and then act them out.

Well, since all the fun has already been taken out of it, could be a couple things.

Might be a play written with spammers as characters. There were a couple people on old Guild who used to do that, and they were generally pretty fun. This is probably what it refers to, but I'd need context to be sure.

Could also be a term for the sort of Let's Play thing people have done in Spam in the past, where they play through a game and share their shenanigans (usually with accompanying screenshots), often with Spam people as characters in it (either their names if you're allowed to name characters, or just designating game characters as being so-and-so person and referring to them as the Spam name when you write up the events of the game). One example of this is that Alex has done various strategy games (Crusader Kings 2 especially) and he'll decide certain countries or factions are led by a certain Spammer and write up posts about what happened. Other people did similar with Total War games and went down the chain far enough to make spammers leaders of individual units in their army. It can be done with non-strategy games too, but those tend to be the easiest to do it with.

I think I was referring to the first. Thank you.
