Just wondering why RPG has such slow lagging loading times compared to other RPG sites?

I mean it's really bad to the point it sometimes takes five to ten minutes to load a page and I'm not kidding here. I've asked a few others and they've said it's been lagging as well

This site is being rebuilt from the ground up. It will be slow at times as it deals with heavy traffic during peak hours. It can take some time, although I can't say I've experienced it taking 5-10 minutes to load a page.

How many mbps do you get? What do you have running? There it's usually some lash in loading, which is normal. Most of this tends to be stuff like signatures and such that don't load right away, not anything else. 5 minutes is way too long though. It had to be something on your end.

I get a 30 second waiting time at the most and that's with one bar of wifi signal. It may be something your end

I've checked my end and the other websites are working fine.
I don't ahve too big of avatar or signature but I'll have another look on my end but I do think the server it's on does have something to do with it
