The year; 2037. The setting; Earth. The introduction of the holopads had a bigger impact on society than anyone would’ve even guessed or that anyone even acknowledges to this day, taking the commercials and media coverage as an annoying norm. Like anything in our culture though, they started to shape how people thought, how they react, and what they felt pressured to buy, slowly ushering the United States into a more futuristic, sci-fi environment. Architecture took on a more sleek, angled approach, while roads and highways were lifted from the scum and dirt of the homeless. The military started to invest is robotics and cybernetics, while people got eye implants to relieve their blindness, buying small robot dogs for pets instead of the faithful companion we had kept at our side for decades.

The world as we knew it started to become more fantastical. The iPad turned into the iScreen, a small portable holopad that was harder to break due to the light technology it used for it’s screen, touchscreens becoming commonplace in restaurants, saloons, repair shops, and furniture stores. Those who couldn’t keep up with the times fell back into poverty, littering downtown's with the jobless and forgotten, crime that was left unchecked due to either apathy or under-manning.

Society is filled with mystery once more and no one knows what comes next. Who will you be?

Personality: Nora is seen as a driven, passionate introvert that often works just as well alone as she can with others in her job. Despite her ability to socialize in a healthy manner, she often feels the need to spend 'alone' time and holes up in her apartment behind a computer screen. One of the "legendary" gamer girls, she spends her free time with more peaceful tactical games and has a knack for bringing up the subject when at work. She is friendly and compassion and sets high standards for herself - and others.

Biography: As an introvert, she keeps most of her past to herself, only letting those close to her in. However most people know she is a small town girl that grew up with computers and games, moving up from a secretary to more IT positions as she proved herself - without a college degree. Despite this apparent disadvantage, she shines among her peers and most of them often forget that she never attended higher education herself. She was an only child growing up with less than loving parents and has expressed that being homosexual has put strain on her life, but is still very confident in herself. Rumors have also spread around that she once underwent a medical procedure with a former lover and lost her partner during the process, but she hardly talks about it, if it's even true.

Personality: Mysterious and serious. This vigilante is driven to crack down on the crime in Empire City, despite resistance from the city's police force. She has been known to be violent towards criminals and if not occupied, compassionate towards the community whether she is welcomed or not. To say she has resolve is an understatement as she bordering on unwavering in her duty to clean up the streets - something some of the citizens admire. Not many have talked with her long enough to know her any more.

Biography: Her history before appearing is unknown and her identity behind the mask is equally puzzling. Even is spite of the government official's most presistant methods, she has kept them at bay through a combination of clever wit and her unique and amazing powers. Having appeared a little less than two years ago, she began small by instilling fear and nervousness into the criminal element until rumor started to spread. Finally seven months ago, she was officially caught on camera by a news team and her presence has been one of the top ten topics since then - whether she was good for the city or even acting on some unknown but selfish desire. Spirit has kept steadfast in her fight against crime however and even with the police putting a warrant for her arrest out, she continues.

Powers: From scientist to pastor, everyone has been wondering where this woman has gotten her extraordinary powers from, but none-the-less there is no denying that she has them. Only two have ever been documented by government scientists;
• Superhuman Combat: Without knowing how, Spirit has the uncanny and almost eerie ability to fight on a supernatural level without firearms. Her ability to analyze and read her opponents makes her seem all but invincible and her reaction times have even let her dodge bullets at close range if she is completely focusing on the opponent. She fights with a fluidity and preciseness that even master martial artists of the world don't understand.
• Electronic Manipulation or Master Hacking / Technology: Without knowing the source, scientists can't tell if this an ability coming from advanced tech or some innate way to communicate with machines, but Spirit has been noted to be able to hack into security systems, change camera feeds, change traffic lights, and even create localized blackouts. While government officials have been able to find the trace with some noticeable effort, they can never find the end source and therefore are never able to capture her.

Personality: Charming, pretty, and smart, Felicia is generally pretty laid-back and casual, with something of a sarcastic wit. This can make her come across as a little bit of a slacker, but upon closer look her work ethic and proficiency would indicate otherwise. While she is friendly and relatively extroverted and sociable, Felicia is also rather private about some aspects of her life, and never stays out too late each night. When asked what's so important at home she always cracks a smile and a jokes about a second job that needs her attention. And people usually laugh along, her relaxed nature putting their mind off it. After all, at the end of the day, Felicia's just another young woman trying to make it in the city. Just another face in the crowd.

Biography: Felicia doesn't talk much about her childhood, though its common knowledge among her friends and acquaintances that she's lived in Empire City her whole life and that she spent time in foster care before getting adopted as a teenager. As far as her birth parents are concerned all she ever says is that they died before changing the subject. Her experience in foster homes was not great and a lot of her time was spent sneaking or running away from them, experiencing life on the streets and picking up some less than legitimate skills and pals that she often couch crashed with. Needless to say she was a bit of a nightmare for her social worker. Eventually though she was able to find a steady home at sixteen with a computer programmer, Jason Jones, and spent the next couple of years working on getting her GED and taking college classes online. She began gravitating towards a career in computer sciences, seemingly due to Jones's influence, and after a few certifications and some smaller jobs she eventually managed to secure a nice, though rather mundane IT position in a larger company. But, hey, as long as it pays the bills.

Personality & Biography: Generally unknown. Online handle derived from the fact that Gemini seems to be one person apparently hacking from two places at once, or the possibility that Gemini is actually two people working under the same name. It has been noted that Gemini is intelligent and an incredibly versatile and skilled hacker. Gemini is capable of bypassing and disabling firewalls and encryptions on some of the most advanced and secure systems, software, and networks in the country in order to gain access to them, and of leaving no discernible trace or trail behind when finished. It has also been noted that Gemini has a vigilante mindset, going after the criminals and the corrupt. He/she/they also have been described as a "Virtual Robin Hood" due to his/her/their tendency to give the majority of what money they steal to the city's poor and needy, as well as various charities and struggling organizations throughout the city. Victims of Gemini's hacking have noted that he/she/they have used their skills to play practical jokes or humiliate them, indicating a sense of humor. Due to his/her/their constant evasion of the authorities, and the fact that no one has any idea what Gemini looks like, the police have made little progress. What is clear is that Gemini has made quite a name for himself/herself/themselves over the past year or so.

Perhaps a mixture of both, like Nora calls for an IT person (Felicia) and then when they''re both leaving they're in the same elevator. I think it should start some point before they both start their nightwork ha.

That's fine by me. ^.^ So Felicia is the computer fixer? I dunno if Nora's powers could fix things, but she could possibly tells what's wrong ... though that'd look suspicious at work, haha.
