The love triangle with any of them is stupid. I didn't give a single shit about Coven's triangle and Emma played such a powerful character that I didn't understand why she was messing with small time zombie boy. The love triangle this season is dumb too, especially since Sarah is old enough to be Evan's mom. I don't actually like her character too much this season, the nice head annoys me. I'm waiting for one of them to go into a fit of rage and try and cut the other one off. Jessica's character is okay, I don't like Elsa as much as I liked Sister Jude, but every season (unfortunately) can't be Asylum. Did you see tonight's episode? Poor Twisty. At least Dandy's still around to be make me interested.

And that's fine by me c: I've got some stuff I need to get done first but then I'll be all over this.

Sister Jude was awesome, so was her role on Coven. I wish they'd use Pepper more, I mean they brought her in for a reason right? Dandy is annoying (well he's supposed to be) but he'll get his own demise surely...or become the new killer. The black maid is hilarious too.

Ha Haymitch doesn't like sharing Katniss already, he just doesn't know it yet.

And I have a feeling Peeta is giving himself distance from Katniss sooner, to help when he's watching her as a mentor. Or something.

I'm not sure if I want Katniss to be mad at Haymitch, worried about Gale and Prim or confident to juggle all three people without some argument breaking out. Hmm. I know she's trust Gale's judgement but she'd also want to help Prim but prove to Haymitch she can multitask with friends and training. Maybe we should bring in some kind of deer or some kind of threat which all four could take down, thus proving that Gale and Prim aren't so useless?

And are you still a bit bogged down with posts or no? ^^;

He just wants her to be safe, okay!? He's seriously going to feel so weird when he realizes he's got some actual feelings for her.

Poor Peeta, haha. I feel like he never gets any attention and he's actually sort of important for this. Lucky for him he's going to have a lot to do once they get on the train.

I would say there's going to be some kind of argument. Haymitch really doesn't care if Gale comes, but he doesn't want Prim there. He knows she's not outdoorsy, and her weird knowledge of foliage isn't going to make her hike any faster. I think Katniss would take a lot of offense to Haymitch's attitude toward her, even if I have him just try and ignore her presence. I like that idea, though! A deer would be a good way to get Haymitch to lay off.

And nope, I'm all caught up. I have two that posted today, but I have a ton of free time right now and I'm actually in the mood to do a lot of writing, so go ahead and post if you've got the time :3

Peeta has an important role but it's not one we generally have to highlight, save for a few important scenes with Prim and Gale.

I can't wait for the reaping btw...Gale is totes gonna volunteer when Prim's name is called and Katniss might try to kill someone...

How many posts did we want to do for their outdoor scene/romp around the wilderness? If we had a deer get taken down by Katniss and maybe Gale/Prim, it would probably be a suitable "halfway" mark for things.

And sorry about being quite/MIA recently. My dad and brother (who came home and then left) are doing a roadtrip to take him to Maryland from Texas so I'm alone with my mom and I've been really busy keeping her fed and the house in order. I've also been doing NaNoWriMo but I'm even behind with that. *rolls eyes* And I'm about to sign up for classes and hope that the state pays for it in time so my classes aren't dropped. And then I'll be taking 16 credits come Jan-March. Ick. I've barely kept up with my shows this week.

Ugh, I can't either. How unlucky from Prim to be called twice in a row. Although this time, maybe it was intentional just to get at Katniss. She's gong to pretty upset that Gale is volunteering, but there's not anything she can do about it.

Hmm, maybe four or five? Two to get them there, two for the deer take down and then one to breeze through the rest of the night?

Oh, it's no problem. I haven't been doing much myself. It's gotten really cold, really fast and I have arthritis, so my fingers haven't been cooperating much. They feel more okay than they have this last week, so I'm really trying to get things done tonight. I still have those same roleplays to do that I mentioned in my last post here >__> I'm terrible.

We could have Snow rig the reaping. I also wanted Effie to pull the envelope from the boys even though Gale just volunteered. And that he would have been reaped regardless since his name would have been called but I would have Effie reveal that sometime after the train ride if needed to calm people the fuck down.

I figure mine could get them there, you could have them set up a camp, mine would intro the danger and yours could take down the deer, mine would be the aftermath and yours would be some more fluff and then we could skip ahead? I think during this stage, I'd want Gale to talk to Haymitch and I'd like Gale to also give Prim the token he made for her. Any thoughts on your end?

So, Effie would know beforehand? I think it would be kind of interesting if in the background we let it be known that she was threatened too. I think once they get to 13 and reunite with everyone, she could tell them everything that happened on the Capitol's end.

That sounds good. I don't think Haymitch is going to appreciate being lectured Gale, so there will be some friction between them going into the arena. But everyone is basically there to help Katniss, so he's not going to be too much of a baby about it. And aw, Prim will really like that :3 She'll probably almost tells him she loves him or something silly like that and then feel really dumb about it. I think we could have Katniss and Prim spend some time together as well while Haymitch and Gale are occupied with each other.

I can do ours, haha. It's really just my thumb today, which is a lot better than it was these last few days. Believe me, I'm replying to stuff, I feel decent.

Not that she'd know but that maybe the bowls would have been filled entirely or mostly with Gale and Prim's name respectively so Gale essentially didn't need to volunteer for Prim's sake. If we wanted, we could have her and the gang sift through the envelopes and find out Snow did rig it all, thus probably proving how dangerous things really are and how pissed Snow is. Does that make better sense?

Manly friction and testosterone. XD Giving Prim and Katniss some time together would be nice while Gale and Haymitch go chop wood or something men do when they're alone in the woods. Hmm. Poor Prim, I hope it doesn't seem like Gale is leading her on too much, he does value her friendship and by now she is beginning to be seen as a girl, not just someone connected to Katniss.

I don't think he is. I think Prim, with the way she feels about him, makes it out to be worse than him just being oblivious. She thinks he's perfect for Katniss, which is why she feels so guilty about it, so whenever he says anything even mildly flirty to her, she gets really giddy and then remembers he's probably just being nice. At least he sees her as a girl now, lmao. Prim???? Girl????? Poor Gale.

Yaay! I'm looking forward to it. I have three things to do already, but they should go fast enough.

Awh feelings...I still need to figure out how to put some romantic distance between Katniss and Gale. I could have him mention how much he missed her and how she just doesn't have anything beyond friendship for him like Peeta...hmmmm. *grumbles and wiggles*

Hmm, well it has to come from him since Katniss and Prim aren't going to be competing. Maybe they could have a heart to heart in the arena, or right before the games and Gale just realizes that she's his best friend and he tells her how much he cares? Orrrr, we could have him get blown up by the force field the way Peeta did, and when he sees Katniss leaning over him, and not Prim, he's weirdly disappointed that the first person he saw was her?

It would be better if it was a mutual decision...maybe before the arena they can have a talk. I'm not sure how Gale could detach his heart from Katniss and I would hate that to be Prim herself. The best way would maybe for him to somehow realize that why he does admire Katniss, it might not be romantic? It could be pretty funny to see Gale and Haymitch discussing the attributes of Katniss and Prim when they're training at the Capital and Gale realizes he and Prim might be more suited while haymitch could notice how he and Katniss are compatible.

Of course, my posts are awesome. I mean thank you...ahem. As are yours. Thinking about the first two movies makes me ship the two pairs all over again. >___>'

That makes sense. I imagine it would go the way Harry and Ron's conversation about Hermione and Ginny did in Harry Potter, haha. Where they're both sort of like, huh....guess she is kind of cute. I think the bigger obstacle, at least on my end, is going to be Prim telling Katniss how she feels about Gale? I mean, if she can't talk to her sister about boys, who can she talk to? And just because they're going to be wandering around in the arena and then in the wilds, doesn't mean they're constantly going to be in danger. Plus, when Johanna starts to get flirty with Gale, Prim is going to be upset and she's not as good at hiding her feels as Katniss is.

So modest over there ;D haha. I was thinking about watching the second movie again, just for Haymitch/Katniss inspiration and for a better feel of him in general. I still feel like I'm not doing as well as I could with him.

I think when Prim tells Katniss her feelings for Gale, Katniss would want to know if it's a crush or something bigger than that. I don't think she'd be jealous per say but she would want to look out for her sister's well being. But please, Katniss has NO experience with guys, let alone girly feelings XD Prim may was well go to Effie or Peeta. Well we did want Prim and Gale to be by themselves like Haymitch and Katniss and then connecting with the other two we decided upon, and then each other, I think near the end before the explosion, Katniss and Prim do need to have that talk though, or else Johanna might say something. I hope Johanna doesn't tease Prim openly about it when they're first together...cue an unfair cat fight.

The second movie had so much Haymitch/Katniss (well so did the first...) but yeah, I liked the build up to the arena, I was afraid they'd cut it short for the film. You're fine as Haymitch, you shouldn't worry. My Gale okay? Some people really don't like him in the book and I'm trying to keep his 'I hate the Capital' in check or else he might come off as a crazy guy.

I like Hermione and Ron together, but I've always shipped her and Harry more. Especially in the last movie where they dance in the tent? Like, are you kidding? Just kiss already. Plus, I really hate Ginny. Like, a lot. She was just there so Harry had someone to fall in love with.

I don't think Prim would have any reason to lie, so she would probably tell her it's more than a crush. At least Katniss has kissed a boy, lmao. All of them are so stunted and awkward, this is going to be really cute and funny. That's true. I don't think Prim would try and fight her, tbh. She might yell, but it would take a lot for her to raise her hand to a killer and Johanna is really intimidating. Prim is really going to have to toughen up.

I never noticed that until we started this RP, and I never shipped them before either. I'm digging all this, though. And yeah, I like your Gale a lot c: I think he sticks pretty close to the books without going overboard.

I shipped Harry and Hermione since book one and it killed me to see Ron get such a gem like Hermione. *shakes head* Ginny was a terrible character who shouldn't have stuck around IMO. I never bought into any of the romance JK gave us which is a shame but the world and books are good enough to overlook the romance in it for me. I'd rather put Ron with Luna since they're both a little quirky and sort of the 'side kicks' who deserved a bit more development.

Jezz, let's hope Haymitch isn't the one with the most experience well...he might not...man, our pairs are almost fucked heh. At least they have a lot of chances to be angsty as well as cute and helpful to one another.

I shipped Haymitch and Katniss pretty early when I saw Peeta wasn't all that. I didn't think they'd get together cause it's YA and age gaps don't happen in those heh. I did wanna put Madge with Gale but Prim somehow ended up a better fit when someone else mentioned to me and I gave it some thought. And hell, it helped my Haymitch x Katniss move along so how could I protest? Giving Prim development made her a lot less 'useless' like say Ginny in HP.

I'll be sure to find something fitting of Katniss thanks to Cinna. I also wonder how the parade and marketing will go. Would they want to put Katniss and her sister together and Gale and Haymitch in the back of the chariot? Or would they put Gale and Prim, and Haymitch and Katniss? I figure the first option since Prim was a major part of Katniss's campaign last year.

I was weird and shipped Ron with Draco >__> but in a more traditional sense, I could definitely see how he and Luna would have worked out nicely. But yeah, Harry and Hermione really did belong together. I wish more thought would have gone into those romances.

It would be weird if Haymitch had no experience physically. I imagine he's going to be completely at a loss for what to do with real feelings. And then there's the fact that he cared about Katniss beforehand, so he won't want to hurt her because he's not exactly nice. I just had a thought that their relationship could be described as porcupines mating...

I like age gaps, tbh. And ugh, I love Gale and Madge together, they're one of the only pairings I actually shipped when the first book came out. I was never crazy about anyone being with anyone else, except for Glimmer and Cato because I like the careers a lot. Granted, there weren't a ton of character to ship but I definitely didn't think Katniss deserved anyone for a while. I really love this RP, though and I really like the development we've got going on.

I think it would Prim and Katniss in one chariot. If anything, the Capitol is going to be hoping that Katniss will have to kill her in the arena, so they would probably try to sell them and their emotional bond to the citizens. The interview with Caesar will probably be all about each other, rather than how Katniss feels about Peeta or Gale, or whatever.

I still think Harry and Hermione were made for each other and someone altered JK's writing to put Ron where he didn't belong. Blah. As cute as Snape and Lily were, I don't like how Lily ended up treating her old friend, so even there, I couldn't buy into it. If anything, Harry, Ron and Hermione shouldn't have gotten together with each other, if Harry and Hermione didn't get married and have a perf life together, the three should have at least been just friends. Oh well...

I like them too, I'm a sucker for teacher x student stuff, if done well. But in YA, it would never happen sadly. I thought Glimmer and Cato could work as well. I also prefered Katniss with neither Gale nor Peeta but not because she didn't deserve anyone but because no one deserved her. Not that she's epic or goddess like but that she was fine on her own and I saw her being happy as is. But if not, Haymitch seemed like such a safe haven for her, and likewise for him.

Yeah, poor Peeta. I can't wait to bring in Ceaser, they did a good job casting him in the film but I love his actor so...it was hard not to love him.

And I swear I'm almost done, it's short but my mom made me stop and make dinner and do some chores. Urgh life.

But it is good to know you're enjoying the RP, I am too. It's probably the best one I have going because everything else is falling to shit.
