Tommy nodded as he grabbed the plate "looks great, thanks. My day was great, yours?" he said careful not to slip up.

"My day wasn't too bad. The same as always." Katherin told him. She was glad he had a good day. It probably was nice not to be tortured.

"that's good, you look a bit stressed though" he said as he glanced down at the food. It looked like the finest food he had seen. He scooped as much as he could into his mouth, as he had clearly lost all manors in the alsylum.

"I was worried about you all day. I am going to get you a phone. I need to be able to reach you and you need to be able to reach me throughout the day. Plus there was a meeting at the end of the day and my boss chewed my ass. But I assured him that I wouldn't be taking as much time off." Katherin explained.

"a phone would only help them track me down, we can't risk that" he said as he continued to eat. After swallowing he spoke. "I'm sorry your day was bad"

Katherin frowned at his words. She had thought about that but hadnt come up with a solution. There. Had to be one. Criminals had phones and they rarely hot caught. "It's alright."

"have you heard any news on the alsylum, did they get it back? are they looking for me still?" he said wishing she didn't act like he was a criminal.

"They are still looking for you. I think they will be for atleast a couple of weeks." Katherin told him worriedly. "You didn't just escaped the asylum you killed to do it."

Tommy's head sunk when she spoke, he hated the fact he had, he felt sick to his stomach thinking back to the man's corps he had beaten dead, he was glad he didn't see the man choke to death. "yeah... well I can't do anything about it now"

"Im not blaming you Tommy." Katherin assured him. She knew he had done only what he had had to do. She didn't think he was capable of random violence. He had never been anything but gentle and kind with her. "I am just explaining the situation."

"right, sorry, I just, it's hard to soak in, I can't image what happened there" he said remembering the battle in the asylum. It was an even match from the looks of it when he left.

"I know. You probably don't remember it very clearly because of the drugs. Lets not worry about it. Whatever happened in the asylum doesn't matter." Katherin assured him.

"of course." Katherin rushed downstairs to get him several books out of the library

tommy smiled as she left, she was nice, nicer than anyone he knew.

Katherin soon returned with a dozen books.

Tommy smiled, he had always wanted a book while he was in the looney bin, he was amazed he still remembered to read. "thanks"
