People who were apparently permanently banned or some such being let back?

Apparently this is a bit of the case right now? I don't know, but I did some lurking on the temp site and read some permanently banned members or something are being let back or something? It's not my place to say cuz I'm no moderator, but is that really healthy for a site just getting back on it's legs and starting fresh? who's to say these people won't later start causing trouble for other members once again and start messing up role play's, being disruptive, etc? would there be like a one strike rule for these people?

I don't know who was perma-banned and I don't really care.

People should be encouraged to reveal their Guild identity to hook back up with friends.

If someone is a dick and doesn't care about the community, then they get banned no matter who they were on the old Guild.

To be honest, it'll probably just depend on the person... There are some people we could easily let back in and it be ok, then others who are just looking to post horse ...umm... Junk....everywhere.
