Empire of Brazil - Scandinavian Commonwealth Treaty of Friendship

Article I - Peace, friendship, and good faith shall henceforth exist between the people for Empire of Brazil and the Scandinavian Commonwealth

Article II - The trade agreement shall still exist and be moved onto this Treaty.

Section I - The Scandinavian Commonwealth shall provide technology and education in exchange of coffee beans, bananas, and other miscellaneous items that makes up the Empire of Brazil's exports.

Section II - As stated by the trade agreement, if either Empire of Brazil or The Scandinavian Commonwealth want to cancel it, the other nation must be known about it a year before it's cancel.

Section III - During war in either Europe or the Americans, if either Empire of Brazil or The Scandinavian Commonwealth goes neutral and declare a sanctuary, that other nation shall help out by increase the supplies in the trade agreement.

Article III - The Empire of Brazil and The Scandinavian Commonwealth shall go into a non-aggression pact ensuring that neither will perform any acts of aggression.

Article IV - If either Empire of Brazil or The Scandinavian Commonwealth goes to war, the trade agreement shall still keep going with each other until it is cancel.

Hello all and welcome to my third interest check! My name is Trevor (not with er) but you call me Rare or Tre (for short). I'm fifteen (going to be sixteen in three days) year old boy, who lives within the Deserts of Southern California. I'm bisexual and mostly have no social life (besides hanging out with friends). I'm a gamer (who has a 360 and a PS4) and I'm an okay artist (even known I could improve on it). I love chocolate cake, candy, drinks, anything that has chocolate in it and red velvet cake (for some reason). But, onto how I got on this site and into roleplay!

I got into roleplay a few years ago on the Habbo Hotel and then I found the Old Guild on two thousand twelve and fell in love with in. I joined Casual and stayed there until two thousand fourteen; I went to the Off topic thread once in a while. And then when the Old Guild fell, I joined other roleplay sites and hated them all and then the New Guild was made and I was the four hundred forty-fourth person to join the guild. Both Guilds helped me improve my writing skills and soon I moved into the Advanced Selection and loved it.

Anyways, I'll be busy at the other topics or sleeping or doing something else while you're reading this. So hello and I hoped you had fun reading it!

I can do romances and I will fade to black in an RP, that has romance. But I don't do hardcore sexxy time or anything like that.

I might be inactive on the fifth of August (since it's my birthday). So I want to give you all a heads up!

I'll be back at school on the twentieth of August. So I'll be busy with homework and stuff, It might affect the time that I'm on this site.

President Getúlio Vargas' Speech at the Catete Palace in Rio de Janeiro
Brazilians! Today we are ready for the growth of our country once more. We need to do things without foreign help and to have things, that foreign countries have. In order to do that, we Brazilians need to work rather than sit around and do nothing until foreign countries help us. I, President Getúlio Vargas, announces a plan that will set foot in the path towards independence of our growth, development, economy, science, education, and technology. The plan will be called “The Ten Year Plan” and it's main purpose is to improve Brazil in twenty years with yearly checkups. Of course we will still be getting the help and aid for our foreign friends, but I wish that we could provide our own someday. Thank you all for your time here and I hope you have a good day.

I'm proud of the plan, that President Vargas announce today, and more proud of Vargas' change from a dictator to a president. I hope that he doesn't fall back into being a dictator or he may face consequences for his actions. I hope that there isn't going to be another military coup in a few years or so. Now, If you excuse me, I have to go back to my office.

The Goals of “The Ten Year Plan”
The goals of The Ten Year Plan are listed below and it provides the goal and it's reasons:

• Improve the education of the youth for the lower classes. Several ideas are being think out like: making public schools free, adopt the school system for Portugal and Spain, we would like to request more foreign support on school supplies.


• Increase and improve the use of technology in Brazil. The reason behind this goal is because, of reports that only ten percent of Brazilians have a television; while ninety percent only have a radio. There are other reasons like more traffic lights within the busy streets of cities in Brazil, the lack of street lights, and many other issues.


• Increase the number of medical building in Brazil and improve the buildings by adding more rooms and gaining new technology. A lot of people need medical attention and we are falling behind to the modern medical supplies. Once more, we request foreign support for this and adopt rules and standards from America and Britain.


• Import the outcome of the farms and advertise (even propaganda them, if it comes to that) the people near the farms. Ever since cities were built and technology has been used in Brazil, many people don't do much farming. And it's fact that only twenty-four percent are farmers and that needs to be increase to thirty-two percent.


• Develop more apartments with the large cities, build more homeless shelters, and build more homes within towns. As there are more people coming for our neighbors, they need a place to say but they don't the money. Which they become homeless, we should build them shelters so they can live there for free. And those who have money on their hands, build more apartments within the cities and build regular homes in the towns.


• We will review that stats of each and every goal on this and see if they're doing well or not. If they are, we'll focus on some of the goals, that didn't do well. Once the ten years are up, we will review the final stats for each goal and see if they need to be added onto the list again.

President Campos Sales' Speech on New Years Eva at the Catete Palace in Rio de Janeiro
My fellow friends and loved ones! We are here to look back on the two years that I have been in office so far and reflect on the mistakes that I made. But, we also reflect at the good decisions, that I have made, as my good friend, Rosa e Silva, and I have made some good and bad decisions. Yet, it has been eleven years since the monarchy fell on it's knees and it rose a woman, much like America's Liberty.

It had brown straight hair and it was tied up, but when it was released it was like the sea hitting the cliffs of Brazil. She was wearing a yellow dress and shoes, that brighten up the lands and revealed the ground of the Amazon rainforest. Her skin was so white, that it matches with the tops of Brazil's mountains. Her personality is kind and gentle, yet she is tough and defend for her country. And just like another woman, she can look nice and beautiful and do basic things, that a man doesn't have the time. I'm thinking of making her the official woman of the country, as America has its Lady Liberty, why can't Brazil have it's own woman?

Anyways, the fireworks are about to go off to start off a great year for Brazil. [The people count down to one and then the fireworks go off and the people drink their wines].

President Campos Sales' Response to the Boxer Rebellion, the Second Boer War, the Columbian Civil War, and the Philippine-American War.
It saddens me that there are so many wars, a rebellion, and a civil war to top it all off at the start of the new year. But, that's what you get for running a nation, out of control people, who think that they can run a god damn country, and the thinking of wanting so many islands. As I have spoke and wrote to the Columbian president, Manuel Marroquín, and I said to him these words. “We'll support your men to fight against those rebels by giving the men supplies and offering the citizen, a place of safe haven within Brazil.”. He agreed and said, “Thank you so much, President Campos! I'll tell Ubaldo Brandão (the Vice President) the good news!”. I'm grateful to help out Manuel to fight those rebels and I also request that other South America nations help Coulumbian out with the civil war and America to help as well.

And now we are talking about the Boxer Rebellion, we might help out with the Chinese, but only if we could talk first before officially statementing anything. As for sides, I would wise to crush the rebels in Asia as well. Onto the Second Boer War, since it's being fought between the Boer and the United Kingdoms and I say that I'll have to take to the British before officially statementing anything as well. I would like to help out the British defend it's lands over in Africa, but we must talk before statementing anything. And finally, I would like to talk about the Philippine-American War, as I have said for the Boxer Rebellion and the Second Boer War, I will take the side on the country, not the rebel. I'll have to talk to America before officially statementing anything also.

Now, I hope that the talks go well and we can make a deal, that we will show support by sending supplies and even troops, if it comes to that. But as always, we will have to wait before officially statements come out of my office. I would like to wise everyone a safe and happy day. [The journalists began questioning the President before he closed the door, answering no questions at all].

"Why is Mr. Sales willing to join four completely different civil wars, that have nothing to do with us? I mean, if Sales is trying to get his second term, he isn't doing a good job of it and in fact, I believe that the people will hate him for this. For one, the Boer War is in Africa, where those negroes are better off as slaves to the country than being able to run on. [Cries of booing began and then shouting, but some were clapping]. And you better don't let me talk about those Chinese, I mean half of the time, I don't know what they are saying and it goes like this: Ching chang chong. [Cries of booing get louder and one member tells him to leave the building]. Yeah, Yeah, I will leave in a bit, but I'm going to vote against entering the four civil wars. The Americans, British, and Coulumbians can defend their lands or colonies against those rebels. Thank you all for letting me spreak, have a good day. [Cries of booing began once more and then it ended as soon as he left the room].
