"Just what are those reasons, Cilia? Who knows what could have happened if we hadn't found you. Inigo would be devastated if he found out that something had happened to you." Morgan remarks, firmly placing her hands on Cilia's shoulders. "You're a very dear friend of mine. The last thing I want is for you to get hurt.." She says, looking her in the eyes.

Aaron slowly got to his feet, rubbing his face. "Wind magic. I use wind magic." He mumbled, glancing at Terra.

"Getting my actual magic back completely so maybe I won't end up dying when I use them." Cilia said softly after a few moments. "Morgan if I don't get my magic back the moment I use to much of it I will die."

[Jollan]

"Oh! Wow, I haven't seen a wind user in a long time," Terra said, to wich Dremmick raised an eyebrow to. "So," she started again, "Do you and Cilia know each other? Because this is kindof an odd place for two strangers to just end up bumping into each other." She was nicer than Dremmick, practically opposite even. Her demeanor was that of curiosity and kindness, compared to Dremmick's demands and threats it was probably refreshing.

"Hey, Ris," Dremmick called. "Know anything about this guy?"

"Well, you won't be able to make any progress by targeting that problem on your own. As a member of Fairy Tail, you're a part of the family. We're always going to be here to help you when you need it. Right now, it seems like you need as much help as you can get. Let us be there for you, Cilia. I'm sure Inigo would say the same thing." Morgan states, hoping to convince Cilia that she doesn't have to go it alone.

"No. I've never met her before today. I honestly thought this was an abandoned cabin and I was just gonna rest the night here." Aaron explained, untensing slightly.

"Never met him." Ris said, looking over at Dremmick.

"I know. I just don't want any of you guys to get hurt." Cilia mumbled, looking away from Morgan.

"I understand that. However, if there's no pain, there will be nothing to gain from the journey ahead." Morgan remarks.

Cilia fell silent.

Loud, heavy footsteps echoed from the stairwell that the whole group had come from.

[Jollan]

"Ris, Terra, heads up. Someone is coming," Dremmick warned. He stood up and readied his weapon behind himself so the blade was hidden.

Terra floated a little bit farther from the stairs and closer towards the back of the room where the near Aaron. While worried, it didn't stop her from asking more questions. "You don't seem to be a badguy to me. Are you with a guild?"

Hearing the footsteps, Morgan immediately gets into a defensive stance, preparing to shield Cilia from anything that could be heading their way. "Strange...I didn't know he had someone else in here. We checked every single door along the way.." She muttered.

Ris dropped down into a low stance, rock slowly forming up her arms.

Aaron backed up as well, he casted a glance at Terra. "I'm no longer in a guild...I was in one a long time ago however." He said quietly.

Cilia let out a quiet whimper and cowered back behind Morgan. It was obvious she was scared.

Within a few moments a tall, large bodied woman stepped out of the shadows. "Hm, what do we have here?" Her voice was low and dark.

Dremmick caught Cilia's response from the corner of his eye, and it was all he needed to put together who exactly the real threat here was. His eye narrowed into an evil glare from behind his mask as he turned back toward the new arrival. "Terra, give the man back his magic," he said in a low tone, eye locked on the large woman.

Terra simple nodded and had the shard float to her cupped hands. She blew on it and is dissipated into crystal dust, which in turn, gave Aaron his powers back. Unlike Ander, she found crushing the crystals to be quite barbaric and unnecessary , though Ander enjoyed crushing them. "Alright," she started toward Aaron, "we'll have to talk more later."

Dremmick finally responded to the large lady. "I don't know, with one of my guild mates behind bars in this creeptastic shack, I was beginning to wonder the same thing myself. So how bout it, care to enlighten me? What DO we have here?"

Morgan vigilantly waits for something to happen, not dropping her guard for even a moment.

"Your guildmate?" The woman asked sharply. "You mean my test subject." She stated with a dark grin. "I'm a scientist and she became my test subject years ago."

Aaron nodded slightly, his body tensing in case of an attack.

[Jollan]

Dremmick sneered at the large woman, "Oh is that right? Well then how about this for an experiment: get in our way, and the only experiments you will be testing on your 'subject' will be observation from the afterlife." As he finished he got into a stance with his blade at the ready, hoping to keep use of his powers to a minimum if used at all.

"We should help get Cilia out of here while Dremmick and Ris have her occupied," Terra said to Aaron and Morgan.

"Yeah, you're right. Terra, please cover me!" She responds as she grabs ahold of Cilia, phasing into the shadows, speeding over to the exit. If the large woman managed to spot them and move with enough speed to halt her in her tracks, the young Shadow Dragon Slayer would simply split off her shadow at the point of impact, shielding Cilia from the blow and allowing her to safely exit the room as her shadow speeds up the stairwell.

Cilia cowered against Morgan as they ran. She was making a desperate attempt to not stumble and fall.

Ris dropped into a low stance. The dust around her feet slightly rose off the ground.

The woman chuckled darkly. "If that's what you think then think it." She snorted, shooting black spikes at them.

Terra nodded as she fell in line next to Morgan and Cilia, that was, until they both turned to shadows. "Uh, guys? I can't do that." She then noticed a black spike coming for her and used her staff to deflect it. Instead, the black spike deflected her staff and with a shriek, Terra dove to the side to dodge it.

Dremmick started spinning his chained dart for momentum and then threw it toward the woman, sidestepping the black spike as he did so. If it hit, great, if not, then he would use it to pull himself closer and close the gap between them so he could fight her with his dagger. The black spike however, catch him slightly off guard. Without knowing what the persons powers were till now, and with the sudden act within such close quarters, the spike did catch him in his right side. However, he was able to move enough out of the way for it not to hit anything major, but cause a large gash in his side.

Though, not all was normal. To anyone around him who would be able to pay attention to it at the heat of the moment, may notice that he wasn't using his cursed magic to repress the bleeding of the wound. And unknown even to Dremmick and the others as he pulled on the chain to launch himself forward, under the wraps and the mask... he was smiling.

Seeing that the woman had payed no attention to them whatsoever, Morgan re-solidified behind her, keeping Cilia behind her at all times in case what she did next backfired. "Roar of the Shadow Dragon!" The young tactician breathed a funnel of shadows at her target's back, figuring this would do a good amount of damage since she's catching the woman off-guard.

Ris barely managed to dodge a full spike but the spike still caught the side of her face, leaving a large gash from her cheek to her ear.

The woman's mind barely registered what was happening when she was hit with both Dremmick's chain and Morgan's spell. She was buffeted and almost taken off her feet.

Dremmick shot forward to tackle the woman while she was off balance. Upon landing, he righted himself over her and drew his blade close to the woman's neck. "Alright spill it," he commanded with his voice sounding a little more sinister than before, "Who are you and what do you really want with Cilia. Test me, and I won't hesitate to end you leave your corpse to the rats." His grip on his blade tightened, reassuring his statement. Something in his head kept urging him to kill her but he fought against it. It was very faint but he could have sworn it was audible though it was in his head. He couldn't hear the words, but something defiantly stirred.

Terra, however, had known Dremmick for years and had never seem him let wounds go or quite talk like that. She knelt down to pick up her staff and went over to Ris. "Ris," she started warily, "something isn't quite right, I'm not sure what, but does Dremmick seem a bit... off?" Her worry was evident on her face as she watched him attempt to interrogate the woman who attacked them.
