You achieve this ending after Noboru maxes out all S.Links with everybody, gets Henrietta to fall in love with him and kiss him and solo the final boss as Noboru.
Everyone then recognizes he's the true hero and none of them would've made it without him, he then suggests they try their hands on...'Fusion'.
