In the Death idea I pitched earlier, I brought up how all the character would already be dead before going through the scenarios but wouldn't find out until the Death one and that The other scenarios where trials conducted by each of the horsemen to possibly test humanity. Since they characters wouldn't know they're dead we could just begin each new one with them waking up and thinking the event before was just a nightmare. Ex: Bob is about to be torn apart by mutants during Pestilence but wakes up in his bed thinking it was a dream at the start of War.

Tying your idea of us all being dead to begin with and Czech's idea of the virus turning us into weird creatures, maybe we're all turned into this thing and we're looking at everyone else that are trying to kill us but we don't realize we're not human anymore. That might seem a little crazy, but I'm just brainstorming. It sounded better in my head.

I am torn apart on one hand this can all happen in the real world with real consequences (I was thinking if we go that route and if somebody dies you just make a new character.)or we can do the whole dream thing.

Well it is the apocalypse. So...it would be perfectly realistic if all of those things happened in a matter of a month.

Honestly, the idea of it being a dream seems like a time waster. All the effort of creating an apocalypse for it to have never happened? fuck that.

It isn't actually a dream. They still live through the events its just that the Horsemen "reset" the world, or weird Limbo they're stuck in each time they finish or win each scenario. So that they can go through the next one.

I like the idea of them "waking up" at the end of each week but I'm confused about the part where they're dead the whole time.

I just don't like the whole dream cliche to me it would be a waste of time if its all just fake except the real one.(no offense)

No he's not saying its fake or dream. He's saying that at the end of each week, the horsemen give them a sensation where they thought it was all a dream but it wasn't. At least that's what I got. Like the events are all still happening they just think that the previous week was just a dream.

So, what if this RP takes place in the same world, over a period of time, but its the same week. So for example: RP 1 takes place the week before Halloween in 1956, and then RP 2 takes place the week before Halloween in 1970 or something. Basically, the characters that one plays are all related in some way/the same character, and it all ends on Halloween of 2014. BOOM.

Despite my dislike for your bluntness with others ideas, I actually like the idea of it taking place in history. Probably would be better to have them in a max of 10 year intervals, we dont really want to be senior citizens in the last RP lol. So maybe in 1956 we're kids, in 1966 we're teenagers, in 1976 we're young adults, and it ends in 1986 and we are full grown adults. Or we could have it starting at 1984 and have the same thing only going from 84 to 94 to 04 to 14. Thoughts?
