Well, he wasn't even born into America. So he shouldn't be the speaker and it needed from someone to be born in America to be a Speaker.

Just do that. Like I said earlier, we won't feature committees unless something happens that requires them to be featured. We'll just say bills that make it to the floor get out of committee.

Aight. I will finish my post then. The committee process is huge though. As speaker, I need a place to send bills to die. May I assume I have a kill committee to send things to?

How about we say all pending legislation needs Speaker approval to make it through to the floor. A bit more streamlined version of the House Rules Committee.

Effectively, yes, although I may want to manipulate the nuances of House Rules, such as banning amendments to a particularly wacky far-left liberal bill so I get the Dems on record shooting down a base bill or voting for a naive law. We'll see if that ends up being neccessary.
