ANYWAY:

I'm used to having my character sheets pasted above posts, and not utilizing a OOC at all.
Could I get away with doing a thread like this, or would the other profile pictures look at me weird?

Having the sheet posted above the post itself is probably doable, though it'd be a real pain in the ass for most of us to remember having to do that every post. However, I'm pretty sure it'd be impossible to run an RP without an OOC. If you were to manage to pull it off, you'd definitely have my undying applause.

All that said, your current odds are about 0%. You completely forgot to mention what kind of RP you were planning to make short of bringing your foreign ways here.
