Their entire bodies are covered in fur with various colors and patterns, ranging from a spotted leopard pattern to pure white fur. Of course, more plain patterns are more common among the males and more attractive patterns for the females. Their features are more feline than human with a more cat-like face of pointed ears, black triangular noses, and fanged teeth. Bright eye color is common among the people and dark eye color is actually considered a rarity. Their hands are slightly more humanoid with four fingers and a thumb, they do end with long claws instead of nails. They will stand at around 6-7 ft for males and 5-6 for female with a lean figure. Their lifespan is around 80 years.

-Host Religion: Many blame the Gods for the fall of The Kazaji Empire and due to that, they lost their faith in a religion at the moment.

-Hosts Magical Arsenal: Due to their failing faith in the gods, the number of heros blessed with divine magic has dropped to zero. There are still a few trickle magic users left in the host, but they are mostly enchanters and focus on sustaining the supply of healing items. There are a select few that are in charge of guarding the greatest treasure of the Kazaji empire. A magical cage that has managed to capture a darthlukian dread hound. Needing a constant supply and replacement of the bars, the strongly enchanted bars are strong enough to be acid resistant even with the magical weakening effect from darthlukians. The bars are also enchanted to withstand multiple blows from a dread hound but they have to be constantly replaced. There is also a slience spell placed on the cage to mute the scream of the dreadhound. The host currently owns five of these cages and four are occupied.

MILITARY
-Total Military Size: 400,000 but in desperate measures anyone that can hold a weapon will fight.
-Military Details:
People of Kazaji(Untrained/Poorly Armed): 350,000 men, women, and even some children are considered part of this poorly armed force. Their weapons range from cheap steel swords to stone axes and armor is a rarity among these fighters. The only thing that keeps them going is the need to protect the entire host. They are more a police force that watches over violence in the host but much of the violence comes from corruption in the force.comes from corruption in the force.(350,000 swords and pike)
Last Kazaji Legion: Formally the Four Kazaji Legion, they are what remain of a once proud army that was feared across the land. They number only 50,000 now. The force consist of 20,000 archers and 30,000 swordsmen, but even though they are the main fighting force for the host, they are a shadow of a shadow of themselves in terms of skill and quality of weapon. (20,000 archers, 30,000 swords)

LEADERSHIP DRAMATIS PERSONAE

-Host Leader: King Razon Kajo and Queen Kora’tia. The kings and queens of Kazaji have ruled the empire together for centuries before the darkness, the royal line would always pass through the oldest child as the founders of the Kazaji Empire believed in gender equality. They are the last descendants of the royal line, the last of a once numerous and powerful dynasty.

HEROIC DRAMATIS PERSONAE
-Prince Daemos: Only child to King Razon and Queen Kora’tia, heir to the throne, and loved among the common people. He is skilled in swordsmanship, archery, and riding. He is beloved by nobles and leaders in the military alike. Even his hobbit slaves praise him for his kindness, a rarity among slave owners.

-General Krakon: He is not loved among the people is commands but his skill in the sword has saved many during his days as a lowly soldier fighting a lost battle against the darkness. He quickly rose among the ranks as he was not only recognized for his skill in swordsmanship but his masterful mind in tactics. Many are jealous and even question his quick rise to power but they still admit he is one of the main reasons that people of the Kazaji people still exist. He commanded the Kazaji Legions during The Final Battle, the battle destroyed most of the Kazaji Legions but saw to the safe retreat of the monarchy and the people of the capital. He is a shining pillar that many see as hope but even more want to knock down.

-King Razon: King and leader of the host. Old king Razon, Last of the Kazaji Kings, First of the Landless People. He is the one king that truly saw that the fight against the darkness was lost and led the people into exile, in search of a new home. Many leaders in the army and government see him as weak for retreating. But he is the savior of the Kazaji people, if only people saw the hard choice he had to make. At an old age of 73, many wait for his death and the succession of his heir.

-Prince Kazo “The Bastard”: Adopted son of the king and queen. He is only 15 and a known troublemaker that is often pulling pranks among nobles and commoners alike. Many see him as childish. He seems to dedicate more time to painting rather than training in things like noble courtesies and swordsmanship. But anyone that knows him, knows that he is truly kind.

CULTURAL
-History of the Host: They are the remnants of the Kazaji Empire. A once proud empire that ruled massive stretches of land across the center. What remains has either been consumed by the darkness or fled with the host. King Razon made a choice that none before him made. He made the choice to save his people and give up on the impossible fight.
-History of the Kazaji Empire:
Age of a Thousand Kingdoms: 2,000 years ago, the Kazaji nomads settled in the center as multiple divided tribes. For 400 years the Kazaji people fought among themselves, one tribe would gain power only to fall out of power over the next few leaders as a strong tribe divides over a weak leader. The “first” king of the Kazaji, whose name was lost in history, was a man with a short life for his beliefs in a united tribe. He was naive and civil war erupted between his lower tribal leaders as he abolished the 400 year old system that broke each kingdom when the leader died. Because many of the Kazaji loved him, many tribes had no choice but to submit to the king or lose their power. He was killed in battle though against one of the minor tribes that declared independence. With him dead, his son and heir King Dae, lost even more control and held on by a string to the title of King of the Kazaji. But what he lacked in diplomacy he made up in the thing Kazaji were best at during that time, warfare. Uniting the tribes as the greatest military known in Kazaji history, he forced his fathers beliefs upon the tribes. But he was not a beloved leader, few of the commoners loved him and even less of the nobles. On his death 50 years later, the kingdom fractured but instead of going back to the tribal system, powerful nobles believed in the system as a better way to hold power and carved out their own kingdoms, those began a new era.
The Divided age: Fractured into seven kingdoms, the two strongest kingdoms, The Razon Empire and The Zarian Tribes often fought. The other five kingdoms combined held but a third of the land under King Dae. Even though they were weaker than the other two kingdoms, they survived by unlikely alliances and the rivalry between the Razons and Zarians. Often if one of the two kingdoms declared war on the minor kingdoms, it would drag the other one in. For 200 years, the two kingdoms fought and weakened each other while the five kingdoms united through war, diplomacy, and union of marriages. Over time the Five Kingdoms of the Kazaji was formed. As a kingdom untouched by war against two that have beat themselves for 200 years and with a civilian population that is outraged at the monarchy for the constant war. The Five Kingdoms didn’t even have to fight to unite the lands, the people of the Razon and Zarians quickly rose up in support for the Five Kingdoms. The Divided Age ended and the the Kazaji Empire rose.
The Age of Old Way: Expanding for 800 years. At its greatest extent, it stretched all the way to border the current Justinian Empire, only stopped by the great channel that stopped the expansion. Every King during this era expanded the empire through conquest. Multiple races are forced in submission and rarely were they accepted into the empire as equals with many turned into slave races and more than a few were killed off.
The New Age: After centuries of war, the lust for conquest had dimmed and the anger of submitted races, combined with a treasury that was nearly bled dry led to the need for a change. It wasn’t the current King Domwat that realized this but rather his wife, Queen Tiora. Her push for the equality of minority had huge success as it not only brought her the favor of the minority population but also large amounts of the Kazaji people that had been fighting for equal rights for all. Living a better and healthy life then her whoremongering and drunkard husband, she easily outlived him and lived on to teach and help her son and King of the Kazaji. She also accomplished many things in her lifetime such as building up the treasury again and strengthening the empire in many ways other than military. Upon her death, her son pushed for gender equality and gained the support of the people that loved his mother. There were still multiple issues but over the next three centuries, the Kazaji turned from a warlike people to a more peaceful and accepting.
The Dark Age(Current): Starting with an event that destroyed the capital and the appearance of the darkness, the Kazaji quickly fell into disorder. Invasions by neighbors and the darkness led to the retreat of the Kazaji to the west, where the government had established a refuge. But with what remained of the government based in the west and the military in disorder in the east and the very fact that a new enemy split the empire in half, the eastern half fell apart within days. Hundreds of thousands of exiles fled farther east, doing whatever it took to survive. With half of the empire in split off, the king, queen, heir, and multiple leaders dead, and the flood of refugees, the empire fell apart even more. It took a year to sort everything out by then of course the darkness had already advanced and taken large amounts of land and the east was completely gone. Thousands died each day and the empire shrunk everyday until a new king was forced to make the last option left.

-Customs and Traditions: The Kazaji people have a strange hatred of hobbits that led to their enslavement. Being a usually agile people, hunting by hand is a common sport among nobles and commoners. They are a peace loving people(except for hobbits) and it is not uncommon to adopt homeless child.

Trade Accord on the Status and Control of Dangerous Sprites

Signatories of this accord will recognize the following:
-Sprites pose a clear threat to the economic viability of nations.
-The population growth of spites at current is dangerous.

Additionally signatories agree on the following points.
-Sprites are to be defined as pests.
-Sprites may be dealt with under pre-existing pest regulations.
-No Sprite may be shipped as goods without prior sterilization (verified by a local authority)
-Sprite culling’s under local pest regulations will have no limitations placed on them.

Istanbushaka - Originally constructed thousands of years ago as a palace in the center of Nishaknabu, the Istanbushaka, or "Ultimate Wisdom," has been in service as a place of worship for the city's residents since the arrival of the Cataclysm. It is a remarkable building, surviving numerous earthquakes, and often in dire need of repair. Beautiful and ornate, the structure is build solely stone and marble, and topped by a golden dome measuring over 30 meters n diameter. An extremely difficult engineering challenge for the time, the dome has collapsed several times during its existence. Later on, following the Ezekiel Revolution, a trio of minarets were erected in front of the building, each displaying a Numbinian flag, turning the site into a nationalistic symbol.
Tirnambia - Sitting just outside the outskirts of Etheke Dinna, the Tirnambia is a large palace complex of Prince Tafari Selassine the Elder, who controlled much of the surrounding region prior to his execution. Construction first began first began under the rule Selassine and was continued under his successors, who eventually turned the structure into a fortress. Taking its name from the orange hue of its painted mud brick walls, the name Tirnambia literally translates to "The Orange Fortress."

On the topic of sprites, I like to note that my Ma' Hurcazak would certainly agree to the treaty. Though the sprites are not a direct issue to Ma' Hurcazak, they would indeed consider them pests in the areas around the Realm. It is likely that Cleanser crews would be sent out periodically to destroy sprites in the surrounding lands. Though, that is the best Ma' Hurcazak would do to stop the growth considering they are likely to advance along a more isolationist path in the future.

Uh, by percentage they're about as much meat as a human, there's more meat than bone but it's mostly low-quality fatty, stringy meat. I guess if you could manage to catch them you could eat them no problem, their bones are too thin to hold up against bite strength. It'd probably give you high cholesterol or something. Killing you slowly from the heart out.
