EmFell the Black has woken up inside the lonely mountain, and makes for a lake that connects to the sea by a number of rivers. The Draconian, too, woke up, and he is on the beach with the shifter girl.

plus your spell while its a nice idea to get us all together peacefully. It will have its own issues that people wont like
for my sidem blake character break and I had thought and wished an entire multiple post timed interaction between the goddessess and the draconian tha t cant be done die to the spell

Also:

If you try to control EVERYONE all across the island by bringing them there and NONE of them, even if their natures is based on killing, ever raised a hand against each other. EmFell alone would just sit on everybody, or break peoples' necks from him bumping into others with wingbones, legs, feet, etc.

Don't do that. Also, you might wanna use a spellchecker- it'll help with your spelling.
