Signature save error

When going to save the signature, a white page is shown and gives off a message stating "Internal Server Error"

Doesn't seem to matter if you actually add anything or not, just clicking save gives this message.

Edit: It also seems to happen on most of the Profile Save buttons.

Yes, that does appear to be the case. We checked here too, and the same result popped up here. Hopefully it is easy to fix, @Mahz.

This error has plagued a friend of mine as well as myself after I made some signatures for myself and others. It's good to see it's not just us.
