Daniel "Colt" Trenton didn't always have the easy life his wife had. He was brought up by a police officer father who taught him how.to shoot and defend himself, and a.mother who was very smart, but also very sick, having.died from cancer when he was about 15. From then He decided he wanted to do something with his life so he wouldn't always live in constant worry that he could have done better. But his.life changed when he met Emily, his now wife, at UCLA.

Initially he was going to go to school to become a doctor.but changed to a business major to see more of Emily. She came from a rich family that owned and operated one of the most successful investment banks in the state.

After her father died, shortly after Daniel and Emily were married, Emily was given the bank and since taking over, they have expanded.

A brokerage? Why not an investment bank? Brokerages are more likely to function out in New York. It could also be real estate development, which is a huge business that means flying around to manage projects. Or even large construction jobs.

I might be a bit, because I have a lot less time in this new job. I even have a black tie thing on saturday evening, so I'm hoping to take it real easy Saturday morning and afternoon and get RP done.

It's okay. I took a month hiatus when I only thought it was going to be a week or two at most. And in a month or two I'm being semi-promoted again. I am managing the lowest sale and.volume store.in our district and I'm going to be taking over the second highest in sales and I think it's second highest volume store because.my regional manager thinks very highly.of me. I don't know how the whole transition is going to go but whoop! No more sleep!

By the way congrats, I don't think I ever did congratulate you on the new job.
