After the capture of Joker and the other Asylum inmates, Commissioner Gordon sentenced the top treats of Arkham to death including; Joker, Harley Quinn, Bane, Poison Ivy, and Killer Croc. Yet, unknown threats remain. As the tranquility years passed, so did the birth of new villains, some of which resemble some of Arkham's infamous criminals. Along with the birth of criminals ,there was a birth of new heroes too, leading to the ultimate battle between good and evil. Arkham City ceases to be the battle ground for this new war. Isn't too bad right, wrong!. All the new and existing criminals that weren't executed, formed together to make the Anarchy Army. Now it's time for the new and old heroes to set aside their differences and reform the Justice League.

~Rules. (Please read carefully.)
1. To be clear you can use any DC hero or villain who isn't deceased. Having that said, you can also make an OC who can be a direct descendant of a dead hero or villain in any DC series.
2. The time frame lies a decade or two after the Execution of Arkham's top criminals, so things have changed a bit. (Mainly concerning technology).
3. No god-modding. I Understand that some heroes and villains are more or less gods. To make this interesting, If you are making an existing character, please limit their power. Remember superman ages too, an old man isn't as fast as he used to be.
4. Superheroes do not tend to kill, but in this case, you may have to take extreme measures. Having that said, you cannot kill other characters without permission from both the player and the GM or CO-GM.
5. Cursing and romance is allowed, just don't be a potty mouth and keep sex in the PMs.
6. If another player has chosen a descendant of heroes or villains, another player can be their sibling. However, two children per heroic or criminal pair. ( Will be in the list of accepted characters).
7. Be realistic during fighting, if you sustain injury, you remain that way until you receive medical attention.
8. You better give me a hug, put *Gives Alexi a big hug* at the bottom of your CS
9. No OOC fights, save that for the IC loves.
10. The most important rule of all, have fun. And do remember my hug.

Character sheets and a list of playable characters are in the Characters tab.

The Name is Val-Zod. Pleasure to meet you all. I'm here to fix what has been broken by my predecessor and bring honor to the shield.

Kyrptonian Name: VAL-ZOD
Alter ego: Cory Washington
Alias: Superman, Powerman
Age (19+): 24
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 215 lbs.
Father and Mother*: Presumably deceased. Adopted by the Washington family in Georgia.
Personality (Optional): Cory is a decent guy by most accounts, but he's no pushover. Cory isn't quick to anger but he doesn't mind humbling those who deserve it. He possesses a razor sharp wit and a silver tongue to boot. Perhaps he does have a bit of an ego, but tries to keep it reigned in at times, as his alter ego, a civil servant working behind the scenes of local government, he doesn't mind working within the system to bring change to the people of the city. Being a superhero is more than just punching people in face.

Bio(Optional): Power man or Val-Zod as he's more commonly known among his people is a young Kryptonian of Vathlonian descent. An island continent mostly inhabited by other dark-skinned kyrptontians, existing outside the planetary federation. Vathlo Island is described in records as a "a developed sovereign state that retained its independence throughout history and did not join the planetary federation, though good relations were maintained". By the time General Zod came into power, Vathlo islands were re-annexed. All subsequent children born to the islands were given the surname Zod and assimilated into the empire, though regarded as somewhat less than other kyrptonians.

Val-Zod was one of the last kyrptonian survivors stowed away in escape pods when the planet ultimately met its demise. While on Krypton. He was briefly in the custody of Lara and Jor-El and was raised alongside Kal-El , the man who would take up the title as the first Superman of Earth. His pod landed somewhere in the Atlantic where he presumably surfaced near the coast and civilization. there was a bit of local news about the mystery boy who turned up at sea. It wasn't long before he was adopted by a family in Georgia and given the first name Cory and the surname "Washington". He was around 5 or so at the time. Memories of krypton are hazy at best and appear occasionally as temporary visions. For much of his young adult earth life he brought in his grandfathers church, and raised in tradition of Earthly customs.

Cory is now 24 with a postgraduate degree in political science that he obtained from Florida A&M and is a staffer in the Georgia house of representatives, where he works as an aide to the incumbent Mayor of Atlanta.

Skills/Abilities: Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, Val-Zod possesses the same potential powers as any Kryptonian. For all intents, Val-Zod IS Clark's physical equal in powers. These abilities include:

Solar Energy Absorption
Heat Vision
Super-Hearing
Enhanced Vision
Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision
Telescopic Vision
X-Ray Vision
Microscopic Vision
Infrared Vision
Flight
Invulnerability
Superhuman Stamina
Superhuman Strength
Superhuman Speed
Superhuman Agility
Superhuman Reflexes
Super-Breath

It's hard to think a little green rock can deprive him of all his powers.

Other than his more obvious super "talents". Val-Zod is quite an accomplished multi-instrumentalist in his own right. He can blow a sax, a trumpet, can play the piano, as well as a violin. Drums, he's not so good with...

Equipment: His equipment on hand is sparse considering his powers enable him to do so much, but he does keep a secret stashe in a certain fortress.

For the League
