So, I figured that an RP based off of this app I play on my phone, Godville, would be pretty fun.


You are a God/Goddess with your own personal Hero/Heroine to go do ridiculous quests and spread your will throughout the world, all while fighting monsters, other Heroes, and the strange whims of their Deity.

The monsters range from 'fall over if you even breathe on them' to 'you die the second you see them' in strength, and your Hero is relatively the same in the skill gradient from level 0 to level 99. You as the Deity are all-powerful already, but you have to compete for the recognition of the people with the MANY other Gods and Goddesses of the land. The point of having a Hero is to help you gain followers and to build you a temple out of 1,000 golden bricks that they have to find on their quests. (Which means you can't just God-power up some bricks for them, at least no more than 1 at a time.)

That's about where the influence from the game ends, other than the messed-up lore (The word i'm using to describe all the quests, items, monsters, and Etc.) that will appear in the RP.

What I'm adding is that you as the Deity can do more than read your Hero's diary and suggest that they heal themselves once in a while. There will be a God's court, where all the Gods and Goddesses are able to go and mingle, and there is the God's realm where the god's can wander about and fight monsters on their own. (Like a chat and a sandbox) Also, there are competitions between the gods themselves for the title of 'King of the Gods' (Or Queen, you know if it's a girl.)

The Deity will also be able to interact with their Hero more. Such as have full-fledged conversations and forcefully puppet the Hero into doing something after they've refused a few times when the Deity obviously asked VERY nicely. The Deity will be able to control their hero from their 'HQ' in the realm of the gods.

I'm thinking that the hero doesn't have to be Human, because there are soo many different types of monsters in the game that you'd think there are more races than just Humans out there too.

Ok, so i'm thinking I need to give more info on this... So I made stuff for a CS.

God's CS

God/Goddess Name: (Name.)
Title: (Ex: God of thunder, King of the Squirrels.)
Special Items: (Items that are sacred to the Deity, such as Eagles to Zeus and Peacocks to Hera.)
Gender: (Male, Female, or Both. or Neither.)
Appearance: (A pic or description is fine.)
Reason they chose their Hero: (Can be as long as you want, or as simple as "I was aiming for the guy next to them.")

Hero's CS

Hero's Name: (...)
Age: (...)
Gender: (Same as above. Some species don't have specific genders, like slugs and flowers.)
Race: (If they aren't Human, say so here. Any race is allowed: Elf, Kirby, Being of the Abyss, Hedgehog, Etc.)
Appearance: (Same as above.)
Skills granted by Race: (Ex: If your race is Kirby, you could have the ability to expand and swallow anything. If your race is Elf, you'd probably have some archery skill.)
Blessings: (Blessings the Hero may have already received from their Deity. Ex: Allergic to Alcohol, Enhanced Healing, or any type of skill.)
Level: (1-10 to start please.)
Bio: (You can leave this blank if you want, but there has to be a reason your Hero has no memories of their past.)

Because there are a few things that need to be kept track of, this is a running tally CS. Basically this will be posted separately from the other two so it can be updated as the RP goes on to show the Hero's various achievements, failures, and the like.

• Monsters Killed: (# of monsters the Hero has defeated.)
• Death Count: (# of times the Hero has died and been resurrected by their Deity.)

Appearance: He has a dark scarlet cloak which covers all of his body except for a little bit of his face. He has blazing orange eyes and is pitch black, but slightly transparent. His arms are long tendrils which can branch out and extend/retract. This is really all you can see.
Reason for choosing Hero: Easily manipulatable. Also, he is your stereotypical goody-two-shoes, which is fun!

Bio: Lorelai thought that the worst event in her life would be having her parents perish in a tragic house fire. However, that event has been somewhat eclipsed by the horrible events that have surrounded her life as a disciple of madness, including driving her village insane and being responsible for two civil wars in the same country. This has, naturally, forced her to adopt a nomadic lifestyle.
