Hey would it be alright if I added one more Augmentation to Jax. It would be an implant that lets his brain shut down in quadrants, it doesn't effect his abilities it basically just lets him stay awake for days with out feeling mentally fatigued as it lets his mind rest in shifts

Pretty much, since he is a sniper he may be on the field days before the rest of the team, scouting and watching troop movements and that means he would be alone. That is how The real military operates snipers a lot anyways. It also means in situations where hot extractions are needed he may be left behind if he can't get to the Evac in time. So he would have to move to a secondary LZ that is further away and await extraction

Then Seth goes in for up-close-and-personal scouting. Probably with Jax on radio.

Well that is just for normal military OPS seeing as we will be more of a SPEC OPS unit most of the time would land together then split as things would be more, time sensitive. Ussualy normal military would come in after us, we would clear LZs or get sensitive date, or extract people, before a major military operation.

Don't worry about any of that. There will be plenty of every kind of mission for your party. You'll each be able to shine and show off your special prowess, and do so multiple times.

Very true. I still see Jax and Seth working in coop more than they would with most of the other members of the Sabre team, simply because they're both scouts. albeit different kinds of scouts, still both meant for recon work at the very least. Not sure what exactly Light has in mind for the different Sabre units, but it'll probably also depend on the specializations of the other Sabre members as to what everyone's roles exactly would be.

Your character does seem a bit too balanced, with no real area of mastery. However, I do like the mention of battle tactics and first-aid. Perhaps a battle-medic / tactician role would work for you?

While there is technically nothing wrong with your character, I would like to point out the similarities in your character's role on the team with that of Sabre03 (Rory Phayne). I would like to see less similarity between players, but if you're dead-set on such a role, then so be it.

@Light It seemed to be like the character of SABRE-03 was more of the frontal assault type. Where as mine is specialized in unconventional warfare, such as dropping behind enemy lines and helping train defectors of the enemy faction to fight covertly in their backyards. And the direct action aspect is simply hit-and-run tactics on a small scale to anger the enemy forces. Upon arrival of heavier, more conventional forces, extracted and inserted somewhere to damage the enemy's military structure. I used previous military experience to try and garner that thought train for this character of mine. However, if you deem it too close any one character, I'll adjust accordingly.
