Combat style: Guardian is a ruthless fighter. He uses any means necessary to kill anything that threatens Princess Rosella. Guardian possesses great skill in the use of his blades, is unnaturally agile, has senses that are far more developed than any other human, is able to improvise impossible solutions to impossible problems, and has survived almost impossible odds.

Combat mastery: Although it is unknown when for how he received his training, Guardian has mastered all forms of combat. He could use much more effective weapons in combat, but short swords and daggers are still Guardian's weapon of choice.
Inhuman agility: Not only is he incredibly light for his build, Guardian is incredibly agile for it too. Guardian is as fast as an arrow and thrice as deadly.
Highly developed senses: Guardian's senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch, and possibly taste are more developed than an average human. He is able to hear the movements of hidden assassins, feel their vibrations, smell their intent, and can taste their fear as they realize that they've been discovered.
Imaginative improviser: From running someone through with a stick to crushing someone's neck with a rubber chicken, Guardian has survived some of his most dangerous encounters through improvising.

Very little is known of the bodyguard of Princess Rosella. But that which is known is known far and wide.
The story begins in The Kingdom of Nilrem, a thriving kingdom ruled by the benevolent King Nestor. Nilrem was one of the most prosperous kingdoms in the world, and with that title came many people wanting the wealth that The Kingdom of Nilrem provided. Many assassination attempts on the lives of every member of the Nilrem royal family were made. All attempts have failed so far, but protection was still needed.
Although he should have been more concerned about his own safety, King Nestor was more worried about his daughter and soul heir to the throne, Princess Rosella. The king sent forth messengers to spread a message to the 4 corners of Nilrem. There was to be a tournament to test the might of those who participated. The winner of this tournament would be granted the prestigious position of Princess Rosella's bodyguard.
Many a strong soul came in hopes of claiming such a role. But only 1 warrior could rise above the rest and claim the prize. That warrior was the masked mute who would come to be known as Guardian.
Since then, Guardian has defended Princess Rosella with his life. He has done battle with countless assassins, defeated things that should have killed him, and has generally done so in a way that has convinced many people he isn't human. But human or not, 1 thing is quite clear. In the 10 years that he has been Princess Rosella's bodyguard, Guardian has become a 2nd father to the 15 year old princess.
