More info: Maig was born into a family that lived in poverty as he grew up he fell into some bad groups and has since started to steal, he found that he was very good at this but he was even better at selling Skooma, a very powerful liquor. Maig has since started to travel and sell Skooma and information as an informant.

Race info: Inklings originally squids who gain the ability to take on a human like form. Inklings can also revert back to a squid form and swim in their own ink, they can also change into a larger battle form of an inkling.
Job/study?: Silica often works for Maig, but not as a Skooma dealer and rather a runner who also delivers the drugs.
More info: Silica is the adopted sister of Maig and often will help get the police off of his tail by running some form of interference and leading them on her trail instead. For the most part she’s pretty fast in her own ink when in squid form.

self explanatory. while his is a Neutronian, his primary designation is a hybrid, with draconian blood being the most prominent, even though his lupine blood is most visible in his design and skin. his natural form is a black 7 foot lupine humanoid with pitch black wings that he wares as a cape, and a dark green serpent esk tail

Neutron

a race of super dense creature, with their skin being as dense as their namesakes. due to this they are nearly indestructible, but conduct electricity way to well. to keep other species alive they use micro singularity hidden in their belts to counteract their own gravity and anti-grave materials to fake a normal weight. they can come from any species and can be born or created. can alter the singularity's gravity to combust the air around them, faking pyromancy. they wish to become 7 dimensional

Solstice

a dangerous subspecies of Neutronians that have experienced so much pain that not only has their shadow come to life (referred to as Breakers) but that its has gained intelligence. those that remove all of their "imperfections" to their shadows are dubbed Paladins, and those that only remove pain are Solstices. this causes the both shade and host to have negative and positive motives/traits. while they do share the struggle and traits of a paladin, a Solstice can potentially cooperate with their shade at times, and befriend them (dubbed Equinoxes.) pain affects both Solstice and shade, flushing out their personalities, sending them more and more into madness. any Psion who attempts to make contact with them psychically will regret it

Job/study?: C.O.R.E. representative. (he is just there. he dose some stuff, and sometimes pretends to be a superhero and saves the city...by compleatly destroying it.)
More info: he is very chaotic and will talk to himself/his shade. enjoys combat way to much. has a AI suit that is fully sentient (named whir) whose main job is restricting Arc.

Race: Outer Mortal (In other words, a god among mortal beings.)

Race info: In their own world, his kind are very simple, and actually rather pathetic. Seeking happiness through years of constant struggle (yes, even the one percent). Many are quite creative and artistic, however. Some like to role play and/or write out stories of creatures with immense power and great tragedy. Somehow, App managed to enter into one such role play, where he can have the very power and excitement many of his kind seek out. He will also be able to see his own "artwork" first hand.

Job/study?: A creative, powerful being (at least in this world) App does not need a job to forge a living. He can manifest his own money, food, and clean water just like he manifested his shelter at the edge of the city.

More info: As for appearance, his anatomy is just like a human, with no major abnormalities or differences from a normal human being. The details (his height, body type, size of his nose, hair color, etc.) will be mentioned in game. I thus leave it up to the other RPers to put together, in each their own imaginations, what he looks like.
